There were no plastic cups for drinking water, or whatever. The ice machine was encrusted. There was nothing to drink (soda, etc.) on property. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower. There was no shower curtain. There was no toilet paper holder. There was a space under the door, for creatures to come in. I slept in my clothes. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but left the next morning. A very unpleasant experience.
Rooms nothing like pictures, rooms had some issues, such as broken pieces of furniture/missing pieces. Only thing was correct was the guitar swimming pool
The room smelled. Visible stains on bedding. Bugs on mattress. Half of lights didn't work. Greasy residue on microwave. Area in general look less than safe. Terrible.
our rm closet had no bar to hang clothes, sink faucet very loose floor very dirty

I like the older generation working there. They were so sweet ladys. Will return if i need a hotel room.
It was only a 6 min walk from Graceland. The building had Elvis Art painted on it. The pool looks like a guitar. The room was clean. My daughter and I used it to shower and sleep. The beds were comfortable.
I was unable to stay here due to being in a car accident. I am still waiting for a refund.
Great location next to Graceland. Room was adequate. Fit the bill for what I needed, a place for some sleep.
Our main reason for the visit was Graceland, it was close and good barbeque near by. Room was clean but dated!

I was just for one night and somebody broke the window in my rental car trying to stole and no just to my car the car window next to me too
I was pleased to know there was a continental breakfast but disappointed with the lack of choices in food.

The location, next to Graceland was optimal. The hotel was decked out with Elvis decor. It was an older hotel, yet renovations were done. It was simple, yet the price reflected that. The blasting of Elvis Radio was hard to enjoy all day long.
We Stayed last weekend in room 117 which is a non smoking room, and it smelled of marijuana, it was terrible and we had our kid with us.
