Lamp didn't work. Needed a new bulb. TV remote didn't work. Replaced it. Breakfast was disappointing, i.e. OJ tasted funny, no scrambled eggs (only hard boiled)

I was rather nervous about it given it was cheap relative to other hotels in the area but was pretty happy with my stay. Room was neat, bed comfortable, and area looked safe. The walls are rather thin but I didn't have noisy neighbors so that wasn't a problem. The complimentary breakfast is terrible.

The room was clean. The hotel was noisy and you could hear ppl hollering and walk up and down the hallway...The cable could have been better quality and the TV bigger...but not bad for what it was used for.

The room smelled of heavy pipe. Asked to be moved to a non smoking room and was told it would be $14 to move. Why do the same rooms cost different? Apparently it is a luxury to be in a non smoking room. Had to get oder neutralizer disks to try and eliminate the smell. Cracks in the walls, cigarette burns on the sheets and on the toilet seat. It was my wife's birthday and I thought baymont was going to be great as it has in the past. But this location needs a lot of help and my wife and I won't be back.

Good place to stay. Very clean. Very comfortable. Not too terribly far from airport. Mall a few exits away. Nothing fun to do in the immediate area. Would stay again.

There was nothing overwhelming to brag about or anything seriously wrong with the hotel.

It was clean, all the necessitates were supplied, it was quiet, the location was good (safe).

We only stayed for one night but it was great for the price! Hotel staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the wifi was good enough to hook up a PS4!

Good location. Right off of I40. Numerous places to eat nearby. Good value for the money. Clean and safe neighborhood.

The hotel is next to I-40 just outside of Memphis. Many chain restuarants and gas stations are close by which is convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental, but Cracker Barrel was close by so you can getr a good breakfast.

I didn't receive a receipt for my deposit and so I was a alittle worried

Very enjoyable trip. Close to many attractions including easy distances to the museums, zoo and lots of eating establishments within walking distance of motel. Staff very courteous and helpful. A little bit on the noisy side, but understandable with family bringing children to Memphis to enjoy a vacation. Will recommend this motel to my friends.

The hotel was located in a good area near a lot of different restaurants. The room was nice and comfortable. I would probably stay there again.

My stay was almost like I was at home. It was perfect.

Upgraded remodeled hotel. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Accommodating staff.

Only problem was that there were visible marks on the door where someone had tried to break in. Before my stay. I had no problems. They just needed to replace the door after that happened, it can put people off.

We have stayed here a couple of times when I have to come to Memphis for work. Hotel is right off of I-40 with several restaurants in walking distance. They are updating the rooms, and the rooms are comparable with rooms around $90 a night in other area hotels. Breakfast is nothing fancy but it is OK and free. Staff is accommodating but not what I would call friendly. I will definitely stay here again while I am working in Memphis.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a little outdated. Friendly & accommodating staff. No complaints.

first was a broken heating unit, staff called to check my satisfaction before could call for assistance. Staff was quit abliging with help. will stay the next time i visit memphis..

The only thing I would change is a microwave in my room. Bed was comfortable, room clean and no noise. Will stay again.
