The best part of the property was the dining experience. The food was fantastic and the staff in the “La Medina” were great. The front desk was terrible! During checkin the front desk kept several guest waiting. When it was finally my turn, I checked and confirmed they were issuing the correct room, when I arrived the it was the wrong room. The room they placed me in was building 13 and there were NO LIGHTS when I stepped outside of my room, it was pitch black, I had to use my flashlight to get to the lobby, then i was told to come back the next day to receive the proper room. When I finally received the suite I paid for, the tv did not work and there were Spider webs everywhere. The staff stated they would have someone fix the tv, but no one came-ever. The front desk constantly attempted to overcharge me for the taxi, but fortunately I had an email the stated a fixed rate of $15 when they constantly tried to charge me $30. ONA front desk was a headache.
