Location

The property is conveniently situated in the seaside resort of San Foca on the Salento peninsula a 3-minute walk from the local beach. The town boasts several beautiful beaches, including the Spiaggia di San Foca (a 10-minute walk), a wide sandy beach with shallow, calm waters that are ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

There is also a small marina and fishing harbour (a 5-minute walk) where visitors can watch the fishing boats come and go, buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen, or enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or cafes. The nearest restaurant is a 1-minute walk and the closest supermarket a 3-minute walk.

San Foca is a great base for exploring the wider Salento region. Popular beaches in the area include Otranto (a 25-minute drive) and Gallipoli (a 50-minute drive). Visitors can also explore the nearby natural wonders, such as the Cave of Poetry - Grotta della Poesia (a 4-minute drive) and the scenic cliffs of Torre Sant\'Andrea (a 12-minute drive).
