Villino Atene is a vacation home for rent in the center of San Foca, just 300 meters from the beaches and the promenade of this resort, among the most famous beach destinations for vacations in Salento, along the Adriatic coast.
The vacation home has an equipped outdoor space where you can spend time outdoors, and simple and cozy interiors, which are developed on the second floor.
Villino Atene is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower and parking space inside the property.

The
vacation home is located in the village center of San Foca. A gate
allows you to park your car in the paved outdoor space. A wooden gazebo
provides shade for the table and chairs, where you can have lunch and
dinner in the cooler. There is also a portable outdoor shower here.
Through the stairs you hall to the second floor. A veranda furnished with sofas and small table welcomes guests and introduces the simply furnished interior.
The entrance to Villino Atene is into a living room with a sofa and dining area, TV and fireplace. Next to it is a practical, well-equipped kitchenette , from which one can exit to a service veranda, equipped with a washing machine, sink and refrigerator.
A small hallway separates the living area from the sleeping area, the latter formed 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single pull-out beds. Completing the apartment is 1 shower room.
Airconditioning is located in the living room. By leaving the interior doors open it is possible to cool all rooms.

Villino Atene is located in the town of San Foca, a marina of Melendugno awarded for its excellence of services on the sea.
The
house is just 300 meters from the beautiful free and equipped beaches,
promenade and marina. Near the house are all the main services.
The
seaside town is located between Torre Specchia Ruggeri and Roca
Vecchia, on the Adriatic Sea. Its marina is one of the most important on
the coast between Brindisi and Otranto. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
