microwave oven, washer-dryer, bath courtesy kit, hair-dryer. Welcome
kit and daily cleaning with linen change every 4 days included. Shared area with heated pool and internet.

The apartment is introduced by a glass door that opens into the bright living room with open kitchen, dining area with flat-screen tv, induction hob, washer-dryer, small electric oven.
The
pertinent outdoor area by the entracne of the apartment is ideal if you
want to relax or dine while enjoying the breathtaking view on the
Fontanelle beach or the suggestive tourist harbor of San Foca.
The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area. On the left there are a bathroom and a suite for 3 guests, with queen-sized sofa bed on the mezzanine floor, air conditioning and safe.
At the end of the corridor there is another suite for 3 guests with mezzanine floor, queen-sized sofa bed and glass door with view on the solarium area and shared swimming pool.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 70 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation for day
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bed linen and towels included every 4 nights for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
- Shared Garden, solarium and outdoor shower.
