Pool heating* If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $250 per day (minimum 2x days required) , ensuring a warm and comfortable swim in all seasons. Daily cost is $350 in Winter (June to August).

**Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay. A minimum of 2-nights pool heating must be paid. Please note, the pool is otherwise solar-heated, which depends on sunny weather for optimal warmth.

For security and guest safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property. These are only in outdoor areas and do not record inside the house or any private spaces. 2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.

3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 14.
