Your host occupies the upper level but is rarely on the front decks and rest assured your stay will be quiet, private and exclusive.

The second bedroom contains a Queen bed suite, built in closet and a separate single bed with garden view.

In the Laundry shelving you will find many books to read including a large selection of Art books including European classic artists, children's books, Architecture and Australiana. You will also find games to enjoy.

The terrace includes an outdoor teak wood setting and a three seat lounge. Light up the Kitchen Aid BBQ and enjoy sunset evening dining.

The bathing box is located directly across the road and down a pathway.Inside the key locked Bathing Box (shed) you will find 4 deck chairs and a table, 2 folding sun lounges, a large umbrella, 2 stand up paddle boards with paddles, a small foam surfboard, aquatic toys, sunscreen and a drinks cooler.
The Bathing box has a great sized deck to just sit back on, enjoy a drink and views of one of Melbourne's best beaches.
