I liked everything about the property except the wifi

I had a wonderful stay at the City Tempo Hotel in Melbourne Australia. It was much better than expected. I will stay at the same hotel for my next visit!!

Not clean and long hairs on all bedding blankets. Couches not wiped down. Dust on all window sills and on balcony threshold. Workers friendly, but just not upkept. Kitchen island not wiped fully clean, etc.

Staff member Tolga was great! The location was great but space and amenities could be a little plusher.

Location is convenient to tram, Victoria Markets, and walkable distance to major shopping. The room is decent size. Bathroom is small. The furniture and carpet are dated and dirty. Uncomfortable bed with stained sheets. While the service comes in to make the bed and tidy up, they don't replenish toilet paper or provide fresh towels.

Best price I found in the CBD (central district) of Melbourne. Half block from the free city tram, 15-20 minute walk to the river and most attractions, 1 block from the market where you can find the best prices in souvenirs (like half from Sydney prices) and a famous donut place. Staff was excellent, very welcoming and attentive, polite, helpful and Tolga was an excellent travel advisor and gave me very detailed and useful information to navigate this wonderful city of Melbourne. I took a Great Ocean Road tour that picks you up from across the street and takes you to the 12 apostles and many other places for about 12 hours for very good price. Room was clean, small but had everything you need including tableware and cooking utensils. Nice view from the 13th floor. The only complain is the noise from the construction sites around but I don't think you can avoid that if you want to stay at CBD area because this is a constantly growing city. They do give you free ear plugs in the closet. Overall, I Will return to Melbourne and most likely stay in this hotel because of my good experience.

We enjoyed this hotel. The room is not big but comfortable. The facilities are quite adequate. The service people are responsive, polite and helpful. The only problem we ran into is the washer and dryer. The dryer tended to be super hot. I guess we were not used to its operation and the instruction was not readily available. The location is really great. It is very close to the Queen Victoria Market and not far from other major attractions of the city. It is also close to the favorite pick-up point of many local tours. There is also a receptionist, Mohammad, who went out of his way to help us secure our baggages, find us a taxi, and provide information for places to visit. That made our stay all the more pleasant.

This place is great value for Melbourne CBD. We were pleasently surprised at how good it was for the money. Would definitely stay again.

I rented a one bedroom with balcony for 5 nights. The front desk guys were so helpful I went back to them several times for information and recomendations. The location of this property is outstanding with a couple of blocks of the Victoria market which we visited frequently. The daily housekeeping was a plus.

Staff was great and helpful, gym was so convenient and well kept. My room was clean and it was very quiet! I slept great and had such a great spot near Victorian Market and Tram lines :)

The hotel is a old condominium place that convert to hotel

Great location, walking distance to free city tram and famous Victoria market. Nice clean comfortable studio appt at affordable price and good amenties serviced daily. Highly recommended and will stay there again on our next trip. Good staff service who arranged for free pick up to shuttle bus to airport.

We stayed at the perfect place for a week of sightseeing in Melbourne and it was close to all the action the restaurants and the great sights and architecture in Melbourne - it was our favorite city in Australia after we circumnavigated the whole continent for a month. It was our second trip to Australia and New Zealand and it was like another honeymoon. The Hotel was well kept and the security was great and the neighborhood easily accessed all the major venues in Melbourne - We had the transit pass and that also was a great way to see all the wonderful city. We really enjoyed every part of one of the world's truly great places to visit for a week of excitement.

This is a good location near the markets. We stayed here on NYE and had a great view of the fireworks.

Great location room is very small but good value for the money. However it is very noisy and I could hear the street clearly during the night - hard to sleep!

4/5 Amenities: missing wifi but fully equipped! 4/5 Location: near Melbourne Central and close to trams but no the best street/location. 5/5 Room Cleanliness: Very clean though a bit small. 5/5 Room Comfort: clean, nice bed, tv, can't really complain. You could stay here 1night or 1wk Staff: Check in was a pain, messed up my room, not very knowledgable. Manager should be more professional Value: Standard IF you get a deal.

The concierge did not know anything about whatever you needed to know.

The hotel is easy to find, and located perfectly that allows us to walk around the downtown easily. The free City Circle tram stop is just around the corner, and Queen Victoria Market is only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Ajay kindly helped us book a taxi to the airport, which is much appreciated. We realized that because of this location and because of the short-stay nature, the rooms are not big enough, but for people like us for a 4-night stay and spending most of the time looking around, there is nothing to complain. Will definitely recommend it to family ad friends!

Great location very close to the market. Felt very safer. Apartment had everything we needed. Reception was helpful. Had late checking and the concierge was there waiting for us. Very clean too!

All the amenities we needed for a short stay.. Conveniently located. Particularly impressed by the very helpful reception staff
