A Cot and high chair are at the house for your stay.
If you need additional portacots and highchairs they can be ordered and booked via the guest portal.

Pets:
non shedding dogs are welcome at this property.
Please note the large yard is not secure.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
This property does not accept schoolies Groups - Please ask us about other properties we manage that welcome Schoolies

House Rules:
No Parties allowed
No smoking inside the house
No loud music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, early check-in or late check-out can be booked via the guest portal pending availability.

Secuity cameras:
Please note there are cameras at the front of the property for security purposes.

Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $1000.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $2000.
A bond will be also asked if the agent deems appropriate

Inclusions:
All linen and towels supplied If you stay for more than two weeks a complimentary two week clean is provided if requested.
