Pros: Excellent communication with the owner and quick check in service. We appreciated the early check in. Close to trams, restaurants are directly downstairs. Cons: The other reviews are correct - absolutely terrible double bed mattresses. Whilst on first inspection the apartment appeared clean, it needs a very deep clean. The washer/dryer were locked up also and our baths towels would regularly not dry during the day. It would have been lovely to dry them.

Great Location

Whilst the location was perfect for our stay in Melbourne, and the apartment clean enough, the beds, pillows, couch and lounge chair were all as hard as bricks. It wouldn't take much to upgrade the actual comfort level for guests. All of the above were clearly the cheapest and most uncomfortable I have ever slept on or sat in. We would not stay here again for that reason alone.

A wonderful property, with great facilities, and in a fantastic spot. Less than 1 minute walk from Southern Cross. Gustavo was a great host, and was quick to reply with any queries. We loved our stay, and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Great location

Went upto celebrate my Sons 30th birthday. Lovely little apartment in a great spot. Host was very easy to deal with. Only minor complaint was that the beds weren’t that comfortable. Still a great weekend.
