This is a beautiful B&B! It's in a great spot, close to everything! The hosts are awesome and the food is fantastic! It's definitely a place to try!! You won't be disappointed in the accommodations or the area!

My sisters and I spent 2 nights in this glorious inn that is located on a quiet street between the Indian River and the ocean. We have dubbed this place as: "Shangri-la", "An Oasis", and "A Piece of Heaven On Earth". The owners Alison and Karl are friendly, charming, attentive, and accommodating people who run a first-class bed & breakfast. Breakfast by Fergie the Chef, who is an absolute delight, stirred up 2 amazingly delicious and well-presented breakfasts served graciously by Karl and Alison. Karl hosted 2 happy hour gatherings with good quality wines, a scrumptious variety of cheeses, and other delicious hors d'oeuvres. Karl is certainly a charming gentleman who has a talented knack for bringing people from all walks of life together through story telling. The comfortable and very clean room had cold bottled water in the refrigerator, plenty of towels and facecloths, as well as a hair dryer and towels for the pool. Lest I forget to mention the couple's sweet, loving and gentle dog Lucy. She is a wonderful addition to the entire atmosphere herr. I am saving THE BEST for last. The Inn is built around a humongous mango tree. My oldest sister was coaxing the squirrels to gnaw on the fruits so they would fall down. She succeeded in getting 2. The court yard, swimming pool area, and the sitting area beyond that with a sparkling fire pit, are surrounded by lush foliage that is impeccably maintained. This place is a gem and the people who own and run it are precious as well. My sisters and I love it here and will definitely be back.

Sea glass inn is such a cute property to stay at. The room was really comfortable, the pool was warm and private, and the breakfast was delicious. Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Beach is close within walking distance. We will definitely be back next time we want to stay at the beach.

What began as a getaway planned at the last minute, turned into a weekend I'll always remember! The SeaGlass is located within walking distance of both the river in one direction and the ocean in the other. A pier extends out into the river which was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The Atlantic, and a public access beach, is a short walk in the opposite direction. Also within walking distance are several shops and restaurants in the quaint town of Melbourne Beach. I walked to dinner both nights. Next door is a fine dining restaurant, very good and very busy. I was able to have dinner in the bar with no reservation. The property is expertly maintained with all modern amenities while keeping the historic charm. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was warm and inviting. The pool is temperature controlled in a tropical atmosphere. Heavenly! Alison and Kurt are amazing hosts, just what you hope for when staying at a B & B. They are very friendly and genuine, I enjoyed seeing them throughout the weekend. The breakfast they prepared each morning was 5 star and wine reception each evening was like having a drink with friends. While swimming under a mango tree, a mango dropped to the ground and Kurt quickly retrieved it. One of the guests jokingly suggested "that would have made a great daiquiri," and Kurt said he could make that happen. Within minutes he delivered fresh frozen mango daiquiris from the fruit that had fallen! The SeaGlass property is delightful and the hospitality is outstanding!!

What a wonderful experience. The innkeepers are so warm and work so hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. We loved the homemade breakfasts which are a gastronomical treat. The courtyard and pool are very lovely. If Melbourne Beach is your destination, this is definitely the best choice for a romantic, enjoyable experience. The people couldn't be nicer!

From the moment we checked in we were greeted as family. Karl is an amazing host, he is so friendly, happy and easy going. We had an amazing big room, with both a rain shower and a jacuzzi. The room was very clean and the beds were beautiful made with a chocolate on the pillow as a little treat. There was a lovely happy hour with wine and delicious snacks. Karl is not just a great host...he is also a great chef. It was a really nice moment to catch up and socialise with the other guests. Everyone was nice and it felt I was “at home “. The breakfast included was awesome....I didn’t need lunch that day. The wifi was great, the tv had many channels and there was a really nice restaurant next door. We highly recommend a stay at the Seaglass Inn. I definitely will be back! Overall, this place is a 10 on a scale of 5.

Back again to be spoilt by Alison and Karl along with Fergie and Lesley. Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail is First Class. Fergie's Breakfasts are fantastic and set you up for the rest of the day. We always stay in the Sunset Suite in the main house which has a lovely balcony overlooking the river. They have "Happy Hour" every evening with wine and nibbles which is a lovely social occasion. Can't wait till next year

To look at the Seaglass Inn from the street - it looks like a lovely home. But go inside and go out back (where 6 of the rooms are) and suddenly here is this beautiful courtyard with a fountain filled with seaglass, a place to relax under a mango tree or in their heated pool, even a lovely fire 'pit' with blue seaglass for evening conversations with the other guests. Alison and Karl are the perfect hosts making sure we have everything we need. Our well appointed room was in the 'treehouse' (there is a tree growing up through the 'house' - they are especially concerned about the environment, which is reflected in the caretaking of their B & B). They have a wonderful 'happy hour' and their breakfasts are superb - dining inside or on their deck. I was impressed by the peace and quiet in the back yard off of a very busy street. A short walk to the beach and the Indian River Lagoon and a few nice restaurants are all a short distance away. One of the best - maybe the best - inns we've stayed in. We hope to be back!

Seaglass is situated in a perfect location for sightseeing between the Indian River Lagoon and the expansive Atlantic beaches, with many amenities nearby. Karl and Alison provide a warm and welcoming place to stay. Seaglass is a well-maintained B&B with extraordinary breakfasts, lovely rooms and a nice pool. We stayed in two rooms, the Tree Loft, and Royal Palm, over the course of a week. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped, with a spa-bath in the loft unit, and a walk-in shower in the palm. Wifi could be a little spotty in both rooms, but we were always able to get what we needed done. The social hours were pleasant and created a nice comraderie amongst guests and provided opportunities to share ideas on local activities and restaurants. One such suggestion was a wildlife boat tour with Captain Clark Giangarra at Honest John’s Fish Camp. A great wildlife tour, which included manatees and wide assortement of Floridian birds. A great and memorable stay!

The SeaGlass Inn was the best place we‘ve ever stayed in! Carl, Allison and the whole stuff was amazingly friendly and helpful !! Lets talk about the cute and beautiful rooms.. unbelievably comfy! We felt so welcomed and relaxed! The breakfast and the happy hour offers a balanced and all-round tasty food!! Highly recommended😍
