The hotel is definitely mom and pop feel. Old (some stained) carpets. Needs paint, faucets are very outdated. For the price it's a great place to rest your head but I would not recommend it for my parents.

Wonderful staff, and a very nice room for the price. I had an early flight and they had no problems checking me in early at no extra cost. I will be back. Thank you.

My family needed a place to crash overnight to break up a long drive. The Inn needs a remodel but that didn't detract from a great continental breakfast and friendly staff.

The facility was well kept and well watched really made my family and comfortable and safe. The staff really did an excellent job with customer service and understanding when we had some booking problems and really were on it when it came to any request and any accommodation that were needed to really help us out and from what I saw any guest high recommend

Friendly stuff. Overall very good experience. I would stay there again.

Pleasant staff. There were some stains on lamp shades and wall (greasy food?). No shuttle service to airport. Overall pleasant experience for the price. I would stay there again.

Upon arrival, appearance wasn't anything we expected - very old & outdated facilities, including an old 1980's type TV, and quite small rooms (we had the King Bed room). Beds were comfortable & shower worked well, but rest of the hotel was very old, somewhat dirty, and very much outdated. For the price we paid, we expected much better.

The rooms were dated and smelled old. The hotel in general did not soar well kept.

I was a little troubled that the room was not cleaned very well during our stay. The only thing that was done was we had clean towels and the beds were made. Our sheets were not changed and they needed to be. The floor was not vacuumed and our dirty coffee cups were not even removed or replaced.

This Shilo is a bit more run down than a lot but the bed was fine and staff were very friendly. This was about convenience and location and the deal was perfect. Next to several food venues. Room was a bit musty in smell but quickly rectified with a few minutes of fresh air into the room. Parking was a bit crowded. Continental was nice with actual fresh fruit and small assortment of other items. Would stay again.

From the moment we walked into the Medford, Oregon Shilo, we knew we were not in a typical Shilo property. Walking to the elevator in this building is like walking into a basement, and it smells like it as well. other than the dark and musty smell of the hallway, our room on the third floor seemed fine at first. It wasnt until my son tryed to take a shower, and the water from the broken shower head sprayed the entire bathroom with water that we started to get upset. Then when we tryed to connect to the Wi-Fi, we were barely able to get one bar, and could never stay connected. We then tryed to watch TV, and half the channels were snowy, and were full of static. When we finally just decided to go to bed, we were dissapointed once again by the lumpy uncomfortable beds. This property needs a serious upgrade. While the next issue wasnt the hotels problem directly, how they handled it was. There were several youth soccer teams staying on our floor, and they were running up and down the halls actually kicking the soccor balls all night long. They also were playing in elevator so much, that it was rarely available to use, and they actually broke the light cover, and had the emergency phone out of the wall playing with it. When we told the front counter about the noisy kids, all the front counter lady said was, "Sorry, Im not their parent, there is nothing I can do about it" This is not an acceptable responce to me. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Dirty coffee filter left in coffee machine. Dirt along tub. TV didn't get very good reception

not great terrible internet connection good location

Ok place room wasn't ready had to come back i probly wouldn't recommend to a Friend

thee room was very small. the hallway had a lingering faint smell of cigarette smoke from before the remodel. breakfast was packaged pastries from costco. The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth

The room was nice and clean. Not happy that I had to put down an additional $150 deposit for incidentals. Got it back the next morning though

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small for every thing in it and it was dated but clean. the breakfast was not that good and not what I have come to expect from Shilo Inns. Might stay again in a pinch but depends on what else I could find

The room was wet and smelled awful from the air conditioner. Our feet were wet the entire visit and it felt like we slept in a steam room. Staff apologized but offered nothing else. We won't be back

We needed a hotel close to the airport after a late arrival and this was a great place, all things considered.

Older building but very clean and rooms very large with all you would need-need-Refrigerator MicMicrowave and cable tv.
