Always enjoy my stays!

Clean

Enjoy the staff. Hawthorne is very pleasant. He is friendly & accomadating.

EV charger e didn’t work. Pet areas were small and dirty so we used Arby’s outside area along their drive through. The room door had large gap at the bottom and we unfortunately had a next door guest(s) who didn’t sleep.

Beds and pillows were super hard. Hotel called me at 2030 the night of check in to make sure i was still coming. Arrived shortly after and waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to front desk to check me in. Rang bell and called multiple times with no answer. Maid woke me up at 0900 trying to clean my room, check out time want until 1100

Great room, but tons of people loiter around. Never had an issue, but unkempt individuals are all over the parking lot, hallways, sitting in cars, etc. This property has a shelter/hostel vibe. All of them seemed to know the staff. Again, I didn't have an issue, but maybe stay in a better part of town?

This was the second time i stayed here. The first time was great, room was newly remodeled, and it was clean. This time, just about a year since it was remodeled, room quality looked very downgrading. Room was dirty, i could see dust literally on all surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting! A LOT of mold growing in the grout of shower tiles, mold on the corners of bathtub, dirty shower curtain, also coffee spill stain on the floor that was dried and never mopped. The entrance door was also filthy with a lot of stains. The room was probably never mopped in a long time, nor sanitized ever. I really hope that the sheet was at least replaced since the last customer, but there were a lot of wrinkles, so who knows. Will never going back here. Oh, and i found out that there are also people living in there as long term renters! The crowds around the inn reminds me of motel 6 crowds, but sad to say that the room was dirtier than motel 6. Very disappointed!

Just a nice basic motel room. Appreciate the fact they accept pets and provide breakfast. Location is ideal and staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room had a bad smell. Wife would not stay in the room. We were moved to another room, smaller but no price adjustment. One week later, we were assigned to the same room. The smell was not totally eliminated but was accepted. Now the real problem, experience on both visits. The other guest staying there. Loud and rude. Doors being slammed, young kids ,3 and 4,in hallway at 10:00 at night playing. TV playing way into the night. Knocking on doors and yelling at the guest inside. Dog hotel, plenty of grass but not for pets. No you take your dog to a rock away. Where the smokers hang out. Just expected a better experience.

Convenient and cheap but front desk staff less than friendly and my shower was full of mold. Was in a handicapped room but had a regular bath tub with just bars added to the walls and the toilet was not even wheelchair height, extremely uncomfortable.

It was a nice stay. I'm glad i was able to get a room close to the Airport. Thank you Red Roof Inn.

Very good budget hotel that is close by the airport.

i like price and breakfast and trisha th e night lady

The rooms and hallways were clean. The pillows and beds were comfortable.
