Enjoy a summer getaway in this renovated 3BR/1.5BA Medford home! Cool off in A/C, relax outside by the fire pit, and cook fresh meals in the full kitchen. Perfect for families or couples—featuring fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, quality linens, and a dedicated workspace. Located near wineries, rivers, hiking trails, and downtown. Washer/dryer on-site, self check-in, and family-friendly. Book now for sunny days and warm nights in Southern Oregon! Our property is a duplex, meaning it is composed of two distinct units sharing a common wall. Despite this arrangement, we emphasize that each unit functions as a private home, ensuring that you have a personal and intimate environment to relax and unwind throughout your stay. Guests have full access to entire home. I am available for questions during your stay. LAWN MAINTENANCE: Our gardener comes on Tuesdays at 10:00am. They mow the side yard as well as front/back yard. Please park a foot (12 inches) away from the side grass so the gardeners can mow the lawn. Thank you! EXTRAS: 1. Cooking utensils (pots, pans, spatulas, knifes, etc.) 2. Cooking Basics (salt, pepper, oil) 3. Keurig coffee bar (coffee, creamer, sugar) 4. Iron and Ironing Board 5. Dedicated work space 6. We supply Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash 7.
