We went to Ashland for the Shakespeare festival. This hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

I mostly stayed here because it was close to downtown and I know BW has a good full breakfast. Its a nice hotel bit I truly feel for the price the ONLY thing its got going for it is its close to downtown. Don't get me wrong its a nice hotel but I stayed at another place the week before for almost half the price and it was also very nice.

The staff were very helpful. Very good included breakfast.

Great Breakfast, included with stay. I used my Best Western reward card and recieved a free gift with my stay. They could improve stay by having an exercise room. Ashland is a sweet town with lots of character.

This is a nice basic hotel but so close to the center of Ashland you can walk across the street to everything. They are pet friendly but I thought $20 a night was pretty steep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Bard's Inn in Ashland. Room was clean, comfortable, and beds had an extra set of funkily-folded pillows. Location is superb, within easy walking distance of this town of theatre and arts, plus the delightful Lithia Park. Front desk team was very pleasant. The free breakfast was among the best we've experienced

Our family loves staying at the Bard when we drive through Ashland. The location is amazing, located close to downtown. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is plentiful. We also enjoy the funny little pool right out front. Super convenient, friendly and clean. This time we stayed in the rooms overlooking the parking lot and that can be a little loud with late arrivals and early departures.

The front desk person was super helpful. The rooms are really clean. The breakfast was substantial. The location is the best. We found our room to be extremely comfortable. The only drawbacks were a slightly noisy parking lot. It is easy to hear folks packing up early. We were sleeping late. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Great location, walkable to theaters and cute little restaurant district.

Two visits. The first room was very small but fine for us. The second was a marvelous upgrade which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for the treat.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk through downtown Ashland, to Lithia Park, and to the OSF theater very easily. Short drive (couple miles) to SOU for college tour. We had requested the larger room with 2 Queen beds that are each in it's own separate room. When we went to our room on the first floor (which was an older, dated building)-same building as where the front desk is, we noticed some bugs in one of the beds. i don't think they were bed bugs as they were fairly large. The manager was nice enough to immediately change our room. We were sent to the newer building which is on the same side as Downtown Ashland which was a better location anyway. The hotel, although new, was small, loud because of the proximity to the main road, smelled of paint, and did not have a hair dryer. Not sure if I would stay here again. I like the location but that is it.

Great north end location in Ashland. Walked in Lithia Park every morning and had access to ALL theatres in a moment's notice. Quiet for being on Main St. and continental breakfast was good enough- actually the pancake machine rocked!

we were pleasently supprised with the out lay of the roon it was nice the bed were comfortable and the location was close to everything

excellent location, friendly and accomodating staff

We stayed at the Bard because it's about four blocks from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. (We saw Julius Caesar WOW!) The room was small, as advertised, but contained everything we needed--except clothes hangers in the wardrobe. We didn't bother asking for any. An electronic temp control kept the room at the exact temp we selected. Very comfortable. The "continental breakfast" turned out to be elaborate and very good.
