The beds were comfortable! The property is dated badly and is in dire need of a renovation and the card entry key barely worked after inserting it in several times.
The bed was very comfortable. There was NO BREAKFAST.
location was good. not as clean as I hoped. room not as great as advertised feel like I overpaid
It was close to where I needed to be..however, this hotel had changed hands , so it had no clear markings, signs ,,I passed it twice,,found a banner with one side collapsed the next day. I also picked this hotel for the picture of it's "gym" ,,pictures can be deceiving. I got up on my last morning around 5 and walked to lobby for coffee,,and the guy on duty was playing a game on his phone didn't bother to tell me the coffee I was getting out of the pump thing had been there probably over night?
If you're looking for a 5 star luxury resort, this is definitely not it. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night, then this is a very good option. While the building looks on the older side, the rooms and common areas are very clean and tidy. The staff is very nice, and they delivered fresh-from-the-dryer towels every morning. They also asked if we needed anything whenever they saw us. The hotel was also a 10-minute drive to all of the places we needed to be that weekend, which was nice.
For the price, the hotel was a good value. The location meant easy access to events in Allen or McKinney.
