Really enjoyed staying in this very clean property. Wish I had time to use the hot tub, pool and gym. I really booked this hotel based upon the fact it had a bar, so I was disappointed to arrive and find out the bar was only functional on Friday and Saturday evening. Kind of a bummer since I had business clients to entertain on a weekday.
The building looks new from the outside but our room had food on the floor and was dirty. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never serviced, no wash cloths in our room. The facility is not that clean.
Fairly easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Advertised as having an indoor pool but it was not open.

Shower pressure was really good. Restaurants were close; easy to walk to. Exercise room was very good. Breakfast area was nice.
We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was not included, but reasonable and tasty options were available in th small cafe. Pool was over clorinated, eyes burned just being in the area. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping

Great location, clean and newly remodeled rooms and common areas.
This hotel was recently remodeled, and unfortunately with that change lost key amenities that I valued during past stays. There is no longer a full service restaurant on the premises (also no more room service) and the sundries market was also removed in favor of a smattering of sodas and 'natural ingredients' cookies available at the bar. The remodeled room was more successful, with a fairly comfortable King-sized bed, an abundance of electrical outlets and USB charging ports and much-welcomed blackout shades mounted on hard tracks. That said, the overall look is more "corporate" than "comfortable," which I suspect is exactly the point. My 4th floor room was also excessively loud, with heavy footfalls from the nearby stairwell and upstairs room echoing through at all hours. Overall, I was disappointed with this experience, especially coming after several more favorable visits, and will likely look elsewhere the next time I visit the McKinney area.

Hotel was perfectly situated. Accessible to major highways yet could also avoid high traffic to get around town. Lots of wonderful place to eat within minutes. Will stay there again. 2 thumbs up on location. Beds were very comfortable and I have a sleep number at home so hard to please. Slept very well. Well maintained hotel!
Hotel was very nice. Very comfortable but for the price would have been nice to have breakfast offered. Desk clerks were very friendly & efficent.
