Very clean both inside and outside. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Crying baby next door, hallway noise, slow elevator. Couldn't do anything about the first two; stairs solved the slow elevator problem. Easy location to find, excellent staff. I would stay again.
We didn't stay here so we can not comment on hotel but sure don't like not having option to cancel and being charged anyways. .
This hotel was perfect for our drive to Florida. It was easy access to the highway so that was a plus. The room was clean and up to date and bigger than I expected which was nice. Breakfast was good typical but one of the reasons I book with Holiday Inn Express.
Was very satisfied the whole time, but like I said there was that empty feeling while we were awake lol but the bed was wonderful so soft we didn't want to leave it lol

We were on our way back to Tennessee from a few days at Disney. We rested well and enjoyed the many choices for breakfast before finishing our vacation. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice !
Needed a place to stay half way to Miami. Last time family made this trip, hotel we chose was iffy at best. This time was much better. No problems checking in late. Room clean and comfortable with plenty of room.

We were in the mcdonough area for a wedding. The suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was close to numerous eating areas, walmart, and the interstate. Perfect place. Would definately stay again.

Our stay was exceptional. The only we disliked, was that we didn't get to spend enough alone time in the room, due to our hectic schedule. Hopefully the next time we stay we will be able to do that.
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in McDonough, GA. Rooms were very clean, big, and bright. Beds were comfy. The shower had water pressure. Continental breakfast was mediocre (avoid the eggs). We were attending a wedding at the Hazelhurst House and the hotel was only 5 minutes from it. I would recommend this to a friend, and will stay at another Holiday Inn Express.
