Bad condition rooms,They look old,Dirty sofa Everithing looks old and dirty

Overwhelmingly a great deal for what you pay (very little), but a couple minor issues that I would hope they fix for future guests. Bedspread was in very bad condition; there was a hole in the middle from what appeared to be a cigarette burn, and I asked them to replace it, but they made no effort to do so. Otherwise, room was clean, but desk setup needs to change. The chair sat lower than the desk, which meant that my arms and elbows were leaning on the sharp edges of the table for a long period of time. It became rather uncomfortable. Not ideal from an ergonomic standpoint. Finally, I had an incident where I got stuck outside where the swimming pool was, because my key card was not working. I was pounding on the door for 5-10 minutes and no one heard, so I finally called out to someone in the parking lot who was able to alert the hotel staff, who came out to fetch me and gave me a replacement key card. I asked why they couldn't see me struggling with the door from their security cameras/monitors and they informed me that they weren't working! Ayyy; they need to get that fixed! In sum, this was by far and away a better experience than other budget motels such as Motel 6, but maybe they know that and are becoming complacent as a result. I hope not. Would still recommend this place to others as a great value, but they need to adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and functionality!

good beds, the room very clean, nice staff , exelent location

Nice hotel with everything you need. The staff is gentle and the rooms clean

Very loud ac unit through out the whole night couldn't sleep sounded like a helicopter was about to land on top of you!

Good location, nice staff, very clean rooms. Absolutly recomended

I chose this location because it was close to State Farm Arena Venue, and I will definitely visit again if I plan to see another show there! It was perfect and staff was very friendly!

If i need to return to hidalgo i ll stay here we really enjoy my stay

I will definitely stay here next time. Like coming here to go to mcallen.

Our stay here on the night of October 17th was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the McAllen-Hidalgo area. The price I paid for our room (after taxes) was probably the lowest I have paid for any hotel, but the experience definitely didn't match the low price. The bedroom was beautiful and very clean, the mattress was more comfortable than our brand new, high-end mattress at home, and the staff was incredibly accommodating with our late check-in (we had paid in advance). Also, it wasn't really relevant to us, but this hotel is right next to the State Farm Arena -you could easily walk there from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast -there really wasn't much to choose from - they had dry cereal, bread for toast, a waffle maker, and a few muffins/pastries; not really what I look for from a hotel breakfast, but still fine. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Bed sheets had some stains. That was my only complain. Other than that it was great!

I was skeptic about the reviews on the web page considering the price, but they were true and well worth the price paid. I got more than I expected. Very clean, excellent service, well located. Will stay there next visit to McAllen.

Is my third time that used this hotel is between Mexico and McAllen where we have family and we can visit and go shopping in McAllen mall

I had stayed here before, the hotel is almost new and has a great price, rooms are big and clean, hotel us very confortable, i recommend it a lot.

This hotel was terrific. The amenities were plentiful, service was exceptional and the location was ideal for every location I needed to go.

If you are attending a concert in the State Farm Arena (formally known as Dodge Arena), this hotel is the place to stay. It is literally located on the same lot. If you are not a smoker, please make sure you get a non-smoking room as this hotel does offer some smoking rooms. The hotel is fairly new, so the building and rooms are in comparable conditions; however, the hotel does need some TLC. With that said, I honestly think that this hotel is a comparable to the rate I paid and I was very satisfied with the location—super close to the State Farm arena and about 5-7 minutes from La Plaza Mall.

The hotel is outside of McAllen but very near to it. Very good hotel.

THE PEOPLE VERY NICE ONLY THE BREAKFAST NEEDED TO BE IMPROVED, NO FRUT, NO MANY CHOICES. BUT I WILL RECOMENDED TO MY FRIENDS BECAUSE THE REST IS PERFECT, FOR THR MONEY.

Hello fellow travelers: My family and i rented two rooms. The rooms were half clean, yet mostly comfortable. 50 percent of the appliances (iron, air conditioner, hair dryer) didn't work. The hotel was lovely, but only near a stadium. The hotel had a good gym. Its pools were inviting, but had too much chlorine. The breakfast was free, delicious, and more healthy than unhealthy. The supervisors and staff were sweet and helpful. We visited the quinta mazatlan museum/pet/flower sanctuary, and it was breathtaking.

We stay for three days and had no problems at all, free breakfast , a lot of tv channels to watch , fridge, microwave( even thought we didn't use it) free wi-fi , we run out of towels but I call the front desk and they gave us a lot more, everything is within distance if you dont mind driving, not a lot a traffic unless you stay during a concert weekend next door,I will stay here again next time.
