It was very accommodating staying here... I would have rated a 5 if they had all the hot food for breakfast like the other Days Inn (Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, ect) they just had oatmeal, muffins, cereal, the waffle maker of course ect. Overall stay was great! Also Shoutout to Joe he did everything he could to accommodate me!
I have many other choices around the area...but I choose Days Inn because of it Great Value and Great feel at home comfort!
I stayed at this hotel just for a day with my wife since we wanted to spend one more day in the area and it wasn't the cheapest option, however we found many issues people should know about. The double bed room is really small, which is what was the only room available so we took it. But I mean really small. The wall, small table television, and nightstand was visibly old. Of course, we can't complain for the price and inconvenience of a last minute stay, but just so people can be aware that there are better options than this hotel.
We really enjoy our stays at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the owner goes out of his way to help. I will happily recommend this hotel to people looking to book here.
Terrible bad attention, small room and unconfortable bed, I got a special rate in a offer of booking web page, and the comment that I received in the desk was that I received the most small room because I paid an special rate. The service received and installations are out side of the normal brandmark standars
very very very small and smell room! you even can not turn around in the room very small space! Even it is cheap, it doesn't worth your money at all!! Don't waste your money !!
The room I got had 3 double beds. There was a separation to one of the beds which only had a ceiling fan and it was hot in that room. Door had to stay open all the time so it could be somewhat fresh in there. The room smelled old and musty. I had to buy deodorizers which somewhat helped. I wont stay there again!!
My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights in late May through early June, 2016. We were in McAllen to handle some Social Security issues. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfasts were not fancy but perfectly adequate. The manager was warm, friendly and extremely helpful to us. He answered questions about the area and helped us get our bearings on the McAllen Metro system, which enabled us to get all around town for sightseeing, shopping and handling our business with SSA. We will definitely stay in this Days Inn in the future when we return.
Room was too small and had a musty odor. Small closet space. Location of hotel was in s bad location. I was afraid that my vehicle would be broken into or stolen
Ample parking, pleasant staff, clean room and very comfortable Bed. Location is close to expressway and the main thoroughfare through town making getting around easy. Access to dining is unlimited. I would definitely stay again.
