Farmhouse (poultry, sheep, goat), with a pleasant terrace. Inside, we like the bright living room with its bay windows opening on the terrace, the decoration and the good comfort present in all the rooms. The owner will share with you her passion for her job and will make you discover her products. Close to the Dordogne valley and its great tourist sites and hilly landscapes.Adjoining the gite 46G12250 for 4 persons. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, and towels are included in the price. Ground floor: large living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa and 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, dining area with large dining table, fully equipped kitchen area with worktop (fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, mixed hob with 3 gas burners and 1 electric, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed and the third with 2 single beds, bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet. Electric heating. Extra room on the mezzanine in an annex only possible in high season (1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90), bathroom with dry toilet and games room with ping-pong table and table soccer (price to be adjusted for 7 persons). Common parking, yard, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). Fiber internet.
