Property was a little rundown. The free breakfast was a granola bar. The pillows were rockhard. I wish the reviews were more accurate and the ratings reflected that.
Very Red Roof. Room was fine, staff nice. Perfectly acceptable cheaper sleep option. Very convenient. Nice staff.
Wi-Fi was worthless. Even when I throttled to low data rate, not much help. If I ever even think about this place. I want to know the locations of the Wi-Fi routers to get a room as close as possible. Also, signs on outside indicated a hot breakfast. At 8:30-8:45 AM, I saw no food, nothing even left over - appears food has been discontinued.
Great location with plenty of local dining options. Ability to pull up right to suite door (when on 1st floor) was great! Staff investigated and resolved an issue I had with the room in a timely manner. I would stay here again.
Close to the highway & nearby restaraunts made it very convenient. I liked the bed. The room had been updated and very clean. Bathroom was extremely tiny. I didn't like the access to it across a parking lot with huge potholes. Very noisy inconsiderate guests.(nothing can be done about that).
I was overcharged for a night and didn't have enough money to stay my second night of my trip. Then the manager working days was not customer friendly at all and didn't want to even check into it for me.

I have been to a few others 2 star hotel/motel a lot of them are trash unclean. Compare to those this one deserve 5 star 🌟. Room, bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bathroom were very nice and clean. I’m usually very hesitant to stay at a 2 star hotel due to finding bedbugs and lack off cleanliness. But thanks god this was cleaned. Wouldn’t mind stay there again. Thanks for keeping things clean.
It was quiet and I slept well after a long day of travel with my dog in tow. It is not a new property but everything you need (microwave/fridge/AC) is there. It wasn’t crowded so I appreciated less smoke/noise that is usual with Red Roof Inns.
Our 2nd floor room was clean and comfortable. The location was ok for us because it was within walking distance to the antique mall. Our gripe was when we checked in the afternoon, the hotel appeared to be relatively empty by the absence of vehicles. I requested a first floor room because my wife was having complications from a knee replacement and they didn’t have an elevator. I was informed that none were available unless I paid an extra $15. As a matter of principle, I declined the offer. Later that night when we returned to our hotel from dinner, it was quite obvious from the hotel’s lack of vehicles, that there were many ground floor rooms available. My second complaint was that the hotel suspended there complementary hot breakfast and substituted a bag breakfast that was very inadequate, apple juice, granola bar and an apple. We have been to many hotels during our cross country trip and this breakfast was definitely on the bottom of satisfaction.
Conveniently located, but has not been updated. The hallway smells like stale smoke, the chair in the room had a piece of the foam missing and the windows don't keep out enough sound. On the plus side, we can rely on Red Roof Inn to be super pet friendly.
