Nice and affordable.

Excellent place for one night stay.

Conveniently located with easy parking. The lobby was dirty and the room I was given had such a bad smell I had to ask to switch rooms which the staff did promptly.

Bathroom was dirty when we checked into room. Tile in shower was cracked and lots of dust and dirt in corners. Not convinced it was actually cleaned before we checked in. I would try other hotels in area or stay on Woodruff road for better options.

I did not like that the coffee pot, cups and coffee were stored in the bathroom. It is an area where a lot of splashing happens and not a sanitary way to serve yourself coffee. I did not use it beachside of that and I was dissatisfied not to have my in room coffee.

Everything was great, check in, staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping. Only small thing, had to clean out pool myself before getting in.

The property was very well taken care of and the staff were very professional.

Everyone was super friendly, easy to park just great overall experience. My father ended up leaving a coat and some belongings when we checked out and were able to get them easily mailed to us-very nice staff!

Great experience, friendly staff! Always willing to assist you when needed.

We stayed at this hotel for a whole week and I would recommend it any time. Nice clean room, awesome free breakfast, close to the mall and some restaurants too.

It was extremely clean and the staff was extremely helpful. It is also right next door to a terrific restaurant.

I booked three rooms for the weekend because we were in Greenville for a wedding. Everyone in my party enjoyed the accommodations. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning of our stay. Whenever my husband and I visit the area again, we will return to this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for a business trip. I was placed on the 3rd floor by the stairwell. At first appearance, the room was very nice, clean, and welcoming. However, as I made myself at home, I realized there were issues. I found several large trash items during the time in the room (A rotten apple behind the curtain, food wrappers under the edge of the bed.) The trash cans did not have liners in them, so they were sticky and odorous when you got close to them. My ice bucket did have a liner, but was not emptied the entire 5 days I was in the room. The TV remote did not work. The refrigerator froze all the fruit I purchased during my first night, so all of that was ruined. (To the hotel's credit, they did give me a gift card to go replace my food when I complained.) However, the worst part was the shower. In my room, I had a large standing shower (not a tub) with shower doors. When I took my first shower, I got out to realize the entire bathroom was flooded... the shower door was missing the bottom rail that keeps the water in. I reported this immediately to the front desk, and was given extra towels to mop up the mess and was told these doors are old and they are planning to replace them soon. For five days I had to mop up a flooded bathroom. The walls are thin, so I got very little sleep as people stomped up and down the stairs and slammed the stairwell door throughout the night. In addition, the parking area is pretty small, so if you go downtown in the evening, expect to have to park practically out in the road when you come back in. As a single female traveler in a dim-lit parking area far from the hotel, I was not thrilled. The pool is small and not very clean, but the rest of the hotel's common areas are well maintained. The fitness area is impressive for a hotel, and the breakfast has a wide variety of items to choose from. I do suggest if you are a coffee lover, however, to quickly find the Starbucks that is located just minutes from the hotel.

I travel for business and my main priorities in a room are a good bed, a clean room and a good shower. This Hampton Inn is new, clean, in a good location and meets/exceeds my priorities.

We only stayed for one night after Clemson beat Louisville. The hotel is fairly new. The room was large and the bed and pull out sofa were both comfortable. Great cable selection. Breakfast was the usual fare.
