Amazing beach activities (cliff jumping, swim with the turtles, snorkle, boogie board).

Excellent service, great location, and very good facilities. Meals were excellent at all their restaurants and others within walking distance, We would definitely stay against.

The resort is incredible! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The view is like any other! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful beach. Stellar views of ocean. Beautiful open air lobby. Friendly and attentive staff. Easy walk to Whaler’s Village and other restaurants. Sheraton property is much larger than other resort hotels.

Great location, nice grounds. Will stay here again!

the location rocks, lobby/pool area/cabanas are beautiful, good restaurants. rooms are meh (just small and could use some updates), moana building is a pain to get to, but nice and quiet with great views. i had read others commenting about moana being challenging to get to/from, but didn't really take them seriously. it really is that annoying though. the room numbers starting with "6" ARE ocean view, BUT you are on the ground floor and some of the view will be blocked by bushes. great if you have little kids, bad if you want full-on ocean view.

Check-in was lacking. Very little information about the map of the hotel, what’s nearby for stores, etc, what restaurants were open, when certain activities are such as yoga and Luaus. The grounds and pool are just beautiful! The view is nice with a great little beach. You must pay extra if you want to sit by the pool or on the beach with shade. The pool chairs that are first come first serve have very few umbrellas/shade. The hotel should definitely add umbrellas for the pool chairs. The food was adequate (nothing special) yet way over priced, as was everywhere in this area. The bed and pillows were horrible. If you need a firm mattress for your back, don’t reserve here. We were told all of their mattresses are the same so all of their pillows and mattresses were terribly soft, which meant our backs hurt for most of our vacation. Overall, gorgeous grounds, beautiful views of the beach and ocean, great pool, but left a lot to be desired. Also, Black Rock snorkeling isn’t that great from what I saw. If you like snorkeling for just fish and turtles, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re into coral, there’s very little in the way of coral at this area. Make sure you’re a strong swimmer if you do go out. There’s a bit of current to work with. P.s. if you are hoping for ocean water that is aqua blue and mostly clear where it meets the beach, this isn’t it.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The view was spectacular and they offered us an upgrade that was even better! The staff was very helpful We highly recommend this resort.

View/beach and pool were amazing.

1) Services offered were ala carte with separate billing though they advertize and gain trust by saying 'all inclusive' 2) Pool services runs out of towels. Bad management. 3) There is a complimentary shuttle service to local town center but check in service forgets to inform guests. Bad service. 4) Understandable thete are covid days but resort has no complimentary guest events, shows, classes etc as every resort provides. They are a ripoff. 5) old buildings with bad condition carpets

Great location. Clean and very well maintained. Friendly stuff and good service everall. Not too many great food options.

Rooms could use an update but the property is gorgeous!
