The hotel was nice and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Best of all, the hotel provided free shuttle service around the area. I just wished the resort fee was already included in the hotel nightly rate and not billed separately. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel staff were very friendly. The food at Ami AmI was very good. The pool and hot tub was clean and the live entertainment poolside was great!

Central locations and across the street from the beach.

I have to say for my first time in Maui and staying at the Maui Coast Hotel, it was a great experience. I staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. They had wonderful amenities and it was walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay. I feel in love with the king size bed, which was very comfortable. Well done Maui Coast Hotel!!

Had a week vacation in early January. The room is clean and comfortable. Beach is just across the street. Beach towels are available anytime at the front desk. The staff weren't overly friendly, but that didn't disturb us. I would come back here again!

Across the street from the beach, convenient location, comfortable bed. Just what we needed, and at a decent price.

The hotel is located right in the middle of great beaches and great restaurants. Kamole I is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and it has bathrooms, showers, snorkeling, and great SUP. The pool is great and has a great bar with a happy hour. The restaurant on sire was good too. I had breakfast there and was pleased with the food and service. The issue was the Wi-Fi. It was hit and miss. Otherwise great hotel and staff.

What is really included in the resort fee that you are required to PAY...well, there is no one to help by the pool area. They don't start cleaning this area until the CAFE' is open at 11AM. There were empty water bottles around the pool and we were there for 4 days and the towel service is permanently closed. You have to go to the main building on the reception area to ask for towels. We also had to call housekeeping for toilet paper and ear buds cause they seem to forget to refill it. Every morning, I wake up with the crazy thud sound coming from nowhere and I figured it was because we are close to the laundry area. Our room was booked with a flight and I think its one of the crapiest rooms that they can give for the price of the booking. The continental breakfast is only free on the first night and not as promised during the booking. You also have to sit down for this long spiel of time share and things to do in Maui just to get your free cup of coffee and a piece of bagel. The shuttle is really not free because they only shuttle you from one end of S. Kihei to the other side of S. Kihei. The FREE Newspaper is only in the reception area, the beach access is there and there is no restriction because its actually across and not in the property so I don't know why its part of the resort fee! They are having a construction and they didn't even have any notices or signs about it.

The bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. With the door open you have to stand in the bathtub or over the toilet. To use the safe you have to empty the closet and kneel down.

Staff is amazing!!! Very clean and friendly hotel. Beds were great!!!!!!

We had a great time! When we arrived everyone was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rooms were clean, pillows were great. Wonderful room service. Great restaurant on location and music was provided nightly!

Very nice place, conveniently located close to some nice beaches. Gas station is nearby as well as a very nice grocery store that is open 24/7 and very nice quality. If I have a complain it would be that bathroom was too small....but rest was a fine stay. I would rather stay in a place that is not very giant complex. Some of the bigger names appeared to have 1000s of rooms so there is always a feeling of congestion. Here you have relative calm.

Had some problems at check in but they were taken care of satisfactorily. Lisi was very helpful and informative. Travis, the Manager handled final resolution of our difficulty.

It was a nice hotel for the cost. Good location, clean, and reasonably priced.

Just returned from an 8 night stay. Centrally located in Kihei across the street from the beach. best bang for the buck in october, you cant do better. Nice hotel lobby, updated, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly. hospitable staff. Resort fee includes bikes, pool, parking, gym, wifi and beach towels. Quiet, relaxing and bug free.

We were so pleased with our choice to stay at Maui Coast. It is a well kept property with friendly staff and all the amenities you could hope for. It is a short distance from scenic parks amd ocean fronts, as well as places to eat, shop, and hang. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it! Will defiantly stay here again next time when we come for visit

Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable stay, central location
