This is our 2nd visit and I'm sure won't be the last. Staff are awesome, view is awesome, location is quite good.

Maui and the town of Kihei are fantastic. The location of this hotel is great on the edge of Wailea which is beautiful. Unfortunately, the room is literally 12 x 12 box which felt like a jail cell as opposed to a suite.

First time to Maui, the hotel was worth every dime.

The only thing I would change is having a room with an air conditioner.

Basic facilities and room on the smaller side but enough for 3 night stay. Price wise is on the expensive side but consistent with Maui standards. Location is great on the beach. Great as no need to pay additional daily resort fees.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. I love it and when I go back I will definitely be staying there.

The Mana Kai Maui exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fabulous, right on the Keawakapu Beach in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. The condo room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was great for storing food in the cabinets and refrigerator. We ate breakfast in the room on the balcony early each morning before starting the days activities. The view from the outside balcony was fabulous. The Front Desk and Activities Desk were always helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The Mana Kai Maui is located within easy access of all attractions on the island. I can't stress that point enough.

This condo is right on the beach. Snorkeling was awesome tons of turtles. The best part for us was the location. Close to great restaurants and more beaches.

We've been to the Mana Kai three times now and love the location right at the tip of a mile long beach and at a snorkeling reef. The ocean view is fantastic from all the rooms, so there's no need to pay extra. The spacious condos allow us to cook most of our meals and provide room for each of us to do our own thing, whether reading, on a computer, or strumming a ukelele. Depending on the room, it could have been recently renovated or is outdated. The carpet was stained and needed cleaning, but the rest of the room was fine.

Very nice place, would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful area! Would highly recommend this place!

Small rooms.. great location.. Pricey but hey its Maui !!! Ocean view rooms better !!

This hotel was just the kind of place I was looking for. It has great access to the beach and Kihei. The place is quiet, clean, and realy let me relax. I will stay here my next trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We stayed in the prime ocean-view room. We felt it was a good size for just the two of us. The bathroom was incredible, though. Huge, complete with a bathtub, shower, private toilet space, a his and her sink, and plenty of counter space. Our room had a large TV, a DVD player, and a desk. We also had a small balcony which was perfect for ordering breakfast in the mornings.

Annual trip and best location and service on the island.

I did love my stay. I'll for sure go again :)) the beach was a stomes throw from the check in counter amd we swam with a turtle right there forst day! Loved waking up to the sound of birds in the morning!

I couldn't have been more pleased! My first room didn't have air conditioning, so they gave me a choice of rooms and condos. I chose to upgrade from a hotel room to a condo with kitchen and I was so happy with this decision. It was well worth the extra expense. I got an ocean view that was right off a postcard. The office staff were wonderful! So,accommodating, friendly and helpful. I also, like how you can book your tourist activities from a booth right there in the hotel. They help get you the best prices and since they are locals, can give you the inside scoop and which places give you the most for, your money. I did all the touristy things, and some very local, exploration. I will be coming back for many years as I couldn't have been any happier! Mana Kai Mauii is heavenly!m

Overall, it was a great place to stay with no unexpected fees. The room was small but it had everything you needed including AC, microwave and small fridge. This place is really set up as condominiums with a few hotel rooms thrown in. The long-term residences were very friendly and willing to share tips about things to see and do in the area. The grounds, pool and beach are kept pristine. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. You can’t beat the views of Maalaea Bay and Kaho’alawe. It wasn’t uncommon to see both whales breaching the surface and sea turtles feeding along the shore break all from the hotel grounds.

As the previous reviews suggest the location can't be beat. No resort fees and no parking fees so it makes it even more inviting. We booked a hotel room and it did have air conditioning but man it was small. Realize that the hotel rooms are not big at all. On a rainy day you will go stir crazy. I asked if there were any other options available and Artie worked me a deal for the larger one bedroom suites with a lanai and full kitchen for a decent price. What you pay for the upgrade you can make up for cooking some of your own meals. Daily maid service and fresh beach towels upon request. Pool and beach area were clean and well maintained. Best upgrade I have purchased in the past 5 years. True there wasn't air conditioning in these units but the view was to die for. To listen to the waves crash against the shore was so peaceful. We were so lucky to be able to watch the whales from our lanai. I would highly recommend as long as you know the summer months may be warm with no a/c. Overall two thumbs up.

Location of the resort is amazing.. We went there for our second wedding anniversary. The staff are really friendly.. we first got a room not facing the ocean front. but I requested can they change the room to ocean front and they really did that.. That is amazing. They do not have any resort cleaning fee. and free parking , wifi too.

Rooms were small but clean. Location was great, very close to a lot of excellent restaurants. A plus no resort fee or cleaning fee.
