Check in and out was fast and easy. Concierge was very helpful. Very appreciative to see that the property had an elevator! The only problem we came across was with the living room tv. We couldn’t change the channel, so we could only watch Netflix. We had to watch the superbowl in the room

Liked being across from Kam 3 beach.
We had ants crawling in our bathroom & bedroom in both condos in our party. We had to take them in the bed to move our stuff out of one condo to another one. We do not recommend building 5 because of ants.

I was threatened by the staff and GM of the property when I highlighted problems I faced. Orbitz or this property lied on the amenities at this property. i demand full refund.
This was my family’s second time staying at this property. I have no complaints! They keep the grounds so beautiful and clean. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and kind and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to come back!
This condo was just the best! Fully equipped with dishes, laundry supplies, and beach/pool gear! I loved reading out on the patio deck and enjoyed the clean bathrooms and netflix in the living room amongst the fine collection of art and tapestries! I am eager to return to this condo at Kamaole Sands!
The views were great from the balcony but could have had a chaise lounge or loveseat along with a higher Patio table & chairs to see the ocean view better. The condition of the unit is in need of maintenance! The carpet was torn along with the screen door to the patio, the refrigerator bottom shelf had two large cracks in it so you could not put anything heavy on it. The kitchen was poorly supplied with essentials. There was no cutting board, no scouring pad to clean the pans, there was no egg frying pan, dinnerware and pot & pans were mixed matched along with silverware and utensils.There was a huge spiderweb in the center of the rattan glass table. Pest control came and entered unit unexpectedly when away.
Outstanding. The grounds were very beautiful and it sits directly in front of a lovely beach. The condo was spacious and immediately felt like home. Will definitely visit again. Easy check-in/out and great service. Robust security team monitoring the grounds as well.

Property was beautiful. Our Condo was well-stocked and had everything we needed for our Ocean stay. Snorkel gear, beach towels etc. The balcony over-looked the beautiful grounds. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would love to stay there again

Check in took way too long. Our room was not ready at check in time 3:00, had to wait around 45 min. AC in the unit only allows for 2 hr intervals, turns off every 2 hours.
My son and I enjoyed the homey feel to the property. The inside of the condo we stayed in could have used updating, and a more thorough clean, but all in all excellent service, amenities, excellent security and landscaping, and very family friendly resort.
