The location was perfect for our stay. The property was nice and the access and parking was great. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was very nice. It’s right across the street from a beach where we saw turtles multiple times. I only have a few minor complaints. We didn’t find out that there were beach items available to use until our last day. That may be our fault tho. We found a few bugs in the kitchen but it’s a tropical location so I don’t know how much that can be avoided. We called the property manager and they brought traps that seemed to work. The bedroom faces the walkway and the curtains don’t block all the light from the walkway.
Large rooms, good rate, good location, somewhat dated.
Close to beaches and stores. Unit needs a little update, but overall perfect family home vacation.

Place was pretty dusty, towels and sheets smelled weird. But, it had everything you need for cooking, even had a laundry machine.
I was in the unit 137; perhaps there are a few minor things that require some attention, but the unit was quiet and comfortable, it is located at a walking distance from the Kamaole Beach Park, shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my staying there and I would recommend this nice unit.
First time experience with condo, I was impress with room. Close to beach and park. Enjoyed my time Maui.
The hotel was amazing. It was big enough for our family of six, and was very comfortable. It was right by the ocean, and the room had a great view. I will go back again for sure.
The room general clean and this unit belongs to other management co so you need call for service. It only has room AC so very noise at night. Some house item was not working well like toaster, shower door and lights. Sofa bed is very old and uncomfortable. Overall it is fine for family with kids.
Nice location, close to beaches, main road through town, highway, airport and shopping. Older condo, slightly dated but comfortable, nice pool, good parking, REALLY nice CRH people - VERY helpful. Would book again.
The two bed rooms, 2 baths, I stayed in is very clean & spacious. The first floor has a bed room with 2 twins, kitchen, living room and a balcony. The 2nd floor has a loft with a queen and a bed room with a king. Ceiling fan in all rooms including loft and AC is in bed rooms and living room. The kitchen was adequately supplied. Free parking, free Internet with WiFi, washer and drier in unit. Condo is just across the street from the beach and 5 to 10 minutes drive to shopping area and restaurants. Do bring your own shampoo, the only thing that was not provided.
Be advised that by booking through this site you will be assigned a condo unit at this location and requests for amenities are not guaranteed. Although we requested a king bed through the management company, ours came with a queen and was near the road. When we tried to change units there were no better choices available from the management company. The condo cooperative was more customer friendly but does not control the units booked through this site or through the management company.
It was my fist vacation in Maui. The place was so well maintained. The kitchen was provided with all the utilities required. There are a few pleasant surprises. The unit I stayed in is so spacious and they even provided with some games for the kids to play around. One more thing I liked is they had chairs, boogie boards, beach mats, and beach umbrellas. We all enjoyed our 10 day stay so much. Surely the unit has good role in us having a good time.

Kamaole Beach Park is within a mile (2 km) of Hale Kamaole, and other popular attractions like Wailea Beach are within a few miles (5 km). This 188-room, 3-star condo building has 2 outdoor pools along with private in-room pools and free in-room WiFi.
Each condo is individually decorated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a dining area and a sitting area. A TV comes with cable channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi and wired Internet. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is not available.
2 outdoor pools, free WiFi in public areas, and an outdoor tennis court are featured at Hale Kamaole. If you drive, put free parking to good use. Staff members can help with accommodation requests, and provide tour or ticket assistance. Additional amenities include express check-out, a terrace, and laundry facilities.
