1. This hotel sells your information to a third party transport service. Ireceived an email from the hotel, recommending to book a safe transportation from the airport to the hotel. believing the hotel offered that service, I did my reservation and the driver comes from a service called welcomepickups.com. Our flight was delayed and got stranded at the airport and they didn’t wait for us and still charged me half of what I had paid. When I got to the hotel and complained, they told me they had nothing to to with that service. 2. The bathtub was clogged and it overflow every time we used even thought they went to ‘fix it’ 3. Staff not helpful 3. You can find a better hotel for this price range. Never staying in this hotel again.

Seems to have deteriorated considerably. Too many groups.
High holding fees at checkin -- not disclosed by Orbitz or hotel. And property is OK.
The housekeeping was below par for all of our stay. Two days in a row we returned to the room at 6:30 PM - the room was not yet done.
The friendliness and hospitality was amazing. There were good locations one can eat at in close proximity to the property so you do not have to go far if you are hungry.
The courtyard was so cute. The breakfast was amazing.
Great location for this beautiful and well staffed hotel. They check all of the boxes for a great vacation and I can't say enough about the wonderful staff.
Positive observations: Very nice, clean and comfy room, wonderful beds (!!!), front desk staff were generally terrific, hotel is in a very good location (1 block away from Metro), very reasonably priced, decent breakfast restaurant (a little pricey). Negatives: Cleaning staff dropped the ball twice in cleaning our room (towels weren't replaced), complimentary coffee wasn't replenished regularly or sufficiently (one time we alerted front desk we didn't have our coffee, waited two hours and still no coffee! Finally received it after we complained a second time), shower was small with fixed pane of glass covering about 1/3 of the tub (would have preferred a shower curtain or better enclosure). In spite of negatives, we still recommend this hotel. Our stay was generally quite pleasant and enjoyable. If the cleaning staff did their job consistently/correctly, this would be a 5-star hotel.
I've stayed for 3 nights at hotel les jardins du Marais. The hotel was easy to find and close from the metro. The room was clean and excellent service.

This property is very nice in many ways. The staff is friendly and courteous, the room and the hotel itself are clean and very nicely appointed. The hotel seems to promote its bar and restaurant as being "high end." Well the prices are! We ordered simple vodka martinis with an olive from the bar. Sadly, the bartender did not know how to make one and they had no olives! And this for €15 a piece. If you are going to charge this much for a drink, know how to make it! Otherwise the place is great and in a good location.
Everything was just fine. Location good, staff nice, room clean, but not being able to control the temperature of the room (sweating unless you open the windows) and getting two beds pushed together where one bed was higher than the other was uncomfortable.
