Do not stay here. The hotel generally smells of smoke but our room definitely smelled of smoke. There was a long check in line- waited 30 minutes. I have never seen a check in line before. Small bugs in the room- about the size of a ladybug but NOT a ladybug. This is not a “riverfront” property. You can see the River but this is a highway property and the highway side of the hotel is very loud. Elevators make loud, unsettling noises. Last, drunken disturbances outside our room from 2-4am and we called the front desk and nothing was done about that. Very disappointed. Wished I would have booked Marriott like I normally do. I will never stay at another Radisson.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to city, restaurants, stadiums, etc. Hotel needs to be updated. Carpet isn't the cleanest and decor/outlets needs to be updated. Several outlets or USB ports were not working in our room.
I had 2 rooms. Not my personal room but the 2nd room and earring back was found in the sheets. The person does not wear earrings so it makes me believe the sheets are not changed between clients. Also the cleanliness of both rooms were on the average side and black hair was found in the shower and my personal room had pink sequences in the floor upon arrival. I did speak to the front desk when we checked out and was told they would note it all and contact Orbitz about compensation.

This hotel has such great potential. The lobby is beautiful and the 18th Restaurant at the top is amazing with wonderful views and the food was so good. The hotel needs renovations; new carpets, painting, and some TLC. There is musty smell on the room floors and in my room. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing of Cincinnati. It was noisy with highway. I heard Jake breaks and trucks going onto bridge.

We stay here often. It is the perfect location and the staff are always nice and accommodating.
Pick a different place. Our room was so disgusting. the bathroom had an intense mildew smell. We couldn’t even take a shower because it was so gross. The mattress was stained and so was our blanket. The table wasn’t even wiped down. Still had coffee spots on it from the people before us. I couldn’t wait to wake up and leave!!!!

This biggest issue about my stay was that the next morning, early in the morning. I expressed the issues with my stay to the manager. He was willing to discount my stay bc I was basically pushed out to check out early due to hotel maintenance schedule. BUT the manager couldn't reimburse me bc I purchased my stay through 3rd party (Orbitz) NOR did he offer to give me a complimentary stay through Radisson. It was so annoying to be so inconvenienced and they don't understand that people pay their hard working money to enjoy a stay at a nice hotel and shouldn't have to cut their stay short bc the hotel had a maintenance issue and mixup with putting me in the wrong room. So BEWARE
