The staff was pleasant, property clean. Had a couple of extremely loud groups my first night, made it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable.

This hotel was different from the hotels im use to staying in. It was clean except from a couple of dark stains on the sheet. It did have any amnesties in the room. The staff was friendly and it was located around a large selection of eating places.
I loved the updated rooms in the hotel. It was for adults, but also kid friendly.
VERY clean. Appears to be rather new. Room was very spacious & well lit
Hotel was great, happened to be a tournament weekend and the lobby was full of teams most of the evening. Other than that facility was fine.

Walked in the hotel and everyone was so nice. The room was really nice and I would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here during our Black Friday outing. We loved the fact that it was close to our shopping area and many places to choose from to eat. We have stayed here multiple times with our 3, 8 and 16 year old kids in which they also enjoyed the pool area and the hot breakfast that was available in the mornings. We arrived earlier than check-in time hoping to catch a quick nap before heading back out for some more holiday shopping. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and eager to assist us anyway possible to make sure it was top notch while away from home. Our room was larger than a normal hotel room, very clean, included a refrigerator and microwave, comfortable beds and was very quite atmosphere where we could get some sleep. We will definitely be staying here again in the very near future.
My first impression of the hotel was fresh, newly constructed and pleasant. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. I plan on contacting the hotel and ask the brand of the mattress! I liked that they had a fitness room with cardio equipment and dumbells. If I had been doing a longer stay I would have definitely used it.

Thank you for your review and comments regarding your stay. Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We try our best to control the noise level on weekends from other guests. Weekends in Mason, Ohio can can be very busy with sports teams. We hope that you will visit again soon.
