Stay was good. Room nice and clean. 2nd time there and one of nicer places in Mason City to stay.
Breakfast was too simple. Guess due to Covid rules also son wanted hot tub. Same deal Bed was a bit hard for my wife but I’m ok with it. I still will come here again as my fourth time now.
The hotel and staff were Excellent, the were so accommodating to our whole family. I was there for a Funeral and our whole Family stayed there, 6 rooms all together. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. I will 💯 recommend this hotel!

For the main, the staff was kind and pleasant...however, one particular kitchen staff in the dining room was particularly obnoxious. Must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed!!
