Clean suite set up like a small apartment. Very clean, front desk friendly and happily assisted when card was demagnetized. Also plenty of parking, quiet environment, and easy access to the highway.

These people double charged me! I paid through orbitz in July and then they charged me directly on my card after I left the hotel! Apparently they do this a lot because a manager told me they are working on it.. I've been trying to get my money back for 3 weeks and nothing! About to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.. not only that but the rooms are gross, broken door handles and lamps, rust stains in the bathroom and the carpet is sticky- don't walk around barefoot!

We liked how spacious the room was, the location was great being so close to Saint Charles and downtown. The furniture in the room was filthy, you could not sit in the chair. The rest of the room was fine, I wouldn't say clean or dirty but in between. Bed was super comfortable.

I didn't like the run around I got when trying to pay for this room for my husband over the phone. I don't appreciate wasting 45 minutes of my day sending over authorizations 4 times for a CC use just to not be able to do it when he got there. Pool was closed..Not sure why since it was indoors and shuttle was down. Those 2 things were a big reason we booked there. Won't stay again at this location.

I checked into the room, there were no towels and used soap still there. When turned on the sink by the bathroom, you can smell the sewer when the water was running. Received a new room, this one was clean, but as I sat in the room and realized the ac didn’t work properly. They came to verify it didn’t work and gave me another room. I originally book a one bed room suite they only had a studio available. I was really upset to see the sofa mattress condition, very tin and dirty. Very out dated furniture, but the staff was very friendly and caring about the situation. The pool was closed for construction with no notice on their web site. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels, I hope the hotel franchise can help this particular hotel.

This was probably a very nice property back in the day. Definitely dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Bathrooms were dirty, bedding was lacking, kitchen needed more utensils and supplies (they didn’t even have a set of measuring cups, I even asked the front desk). You couldn’t sit on the pull out couch because the cushions sank so far down. The TV in the sitting area of our suite didn’t work. We didn’t mention this to staff as our room had 3 and it wasn’t really important. But just another example of things lacking. We had to use the laundry facility after one of our kids got sick, and it was questionable. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was about the only saving grace of this stay. We will not stay at this property again.

I loved our hotel room. I think it could be cleaned better than it was, overall it was ok. I was disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't available. I encourage guests to bring bedding/blankets for the let out sofa. I was so happy the hotel wasn't in a bad neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Clean

The non-smoking room smelled of smoke on check in. They have us a can of aerosol that we used at least 6 times. Also, there coach was completely wore out. That only left the bad to sit on.

The hotel industry was hit hard by Covid, so it makes it hard to be too harsh in a review, so keep that in mind as you read on. As it was with many of the hotels I stayed in this vacation, this hotel had a few things it's hard to count off on in my opinion.
