Beginning to remodel, my room had a pleated paper shade which did t do much. Breakfast was basically all gone by 09:00 and the hostess didn’t seem interested in adding any more breakfast Buffett products even tho several of us asked. No the normal Hampton experience and I was very disappointed.

Old painted 1978 Hotel dirty bathtub. the bed sucked close this Hole now.

Everyone was very nice. The ice and snow in parking lot concerned me

The property wasnt unique in any form. We passed the Hotel first upon our arrival because the entire sign was taken apart the front where the words should've been was gone. 2nd .The front of the hotel was blocked off due to outside renovation they said .( it looked horrible). 3rd. We were given room 247 i noticed that somevrooms had blue We cleaned Your room tags. Ours did not We get to our room immediately we knew it wasn't clean. We were changed to room 237.. If it wasnt for losing my money for canceling at the last minute and my daughter talking me out of it after traveling 15 hours I would of done that. The rooms are old nothing like the website suggested. On our way back home we passed by several Hampton inns .. none of them looked anything like that one on Dorsett rd. In ST louis Mo. I would never stay with them again.

Located just off the freeway. Great location. Didnt spend time in Maryland heights just passed through. Great Staff!

Liked that it was clean. Like the convenience of breakfast and bottled waters being available for free. There was an issue with our keys but the front desk fixed it immediately.

They were building on the property so it wasn't pleasing outside. It seemed clean inside. Rooms could be updated but they are fine.

We were late arriving but there was someone at the front desk that waited on us. Great room. Only negative was thay were doing some remodeling and had half of the parking lot blocked off. Would stay again.

Lovely clean room. Restful stay after a long drive.

AC unit in the conference room I rented wasnt working. Found a cockroach crawling on the ceiling of my room, they tried putting me in a smoking room when i booked non smoking.

Spent a long weekend for family related trip. The first night the apologized for not getting me the double room I specificasly requested. The next day they moved us to a double room with double beds, unfomfortable mattress or pillows. Breakfast was below average very unusual compared to many other Hampton Inns that we are used to.

We had been traveling all day so this was just a place to spend the night. Breakfast was good. There was a softball tournament going on. So lots of families. Had to go upstairs to get into the side entrance. So couldn't use a luggage cart.

We stayed here for a short Spring Break trip to St. Louis. This hotel was a great value for the price.

This hotel was clean and safe, and just 20 minutes away from downtown St. Louis. Room cleanliness was very good. The proximity of this hotel to the interstate is another huge plus point - you don't have to be searching for your hotel in unknown neighborhoods. The staff, particularly those in charge of breakfast, were polite and friendly. Some improvements which could be made include better noise-proofing (the couple in the room across us were arguing intensely, and we could hear several unwanted details !), and also provision of a microwave in each room.

Great. Comfortable, clean rooms. We were exhausted and slept soundly. Great end to a great vacation.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with choices for everyone. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Perfect location for holding this workshop.
