It was good to sleep, but there was roaches, the kitchen appliances was over used, and it smelled like a toilet as the fragrance of the room. This hotel chain used to be good, but its now an apartment for people. Some people lived there.

The front desk staff were amazing! They were very helpful and accommodating to my changing schedule. !

I love the laundry room with the vending machines on the first floor. I love the kitchenette and the fact that the WiFi actually works, unlike its sister hotel. The rooms are nice for an affordable hotel, and my only complaint is that the rooms, while they appear clean, haven't actually been cleaned. You should at least mop the floors and get rid of the cobwebs on the ceiling. This is a pandemic, people want to feel safe. I also have a problem with all the guests who aren't wearing masks in the hallway or being instructed to wear masks. This is a mandate, it's not optional.

The staff was excellent, very friendly. Charles was at the front desk, very helpful, very nice, super good guy. The room was ok, the kitchen was falling apart and the fridge was very loud and rattled all night. The secondary door lock was broken, the bathroom towel rack was missing only the towel rack mount was on the wall. The shower really is my only big complaint, it was very dirty and the edges were covered in mold, it backed up and I was showering in a puddle of dirty shower water and it ran out and flooded the entire bathroom. At least the bed was relatively comfortable, so I was able to get a few hours sleep after listening to hall noise and a loud fridge for a while.

Clean room. Had what I needed. Good price. Would stay again.

We booked two bed room, we were given one bed room, when we asked how that is possible, they simply said they can't help in any way.

Hotel staff rude upon arrival and gave not eye contact. Dingy towels and covers. I expected more from this area.

It was clean enough and comfortable enough, but the walls were thin and the neighbors were noisy. Other than that it was fine. I would stay again if I needed to.

This was just a one night stay. It was my boyfriend's birthday weekend. I needed somewhere we could stay after a night of celebrating. The location was perfect from where we were going out to. The price was great! They had a grab and go breakfast which I wasn't expecting. Most hotels with full kitchens don't offer ANY breakfast. I would stay here again!

No elevator. Requested a non-smoking room, got a smoking room.

I found this hotel while searching for one that I stayed at nearby. My original hotel was completely booked so I settled for this one. To say It ruined my anniversary is putting it mildly. The check in was done wrong and I was double charged for a room that should have been free, the hall smelled awful, and the room was dirty. The floor was sticky and the carpet and furniture was gross. To top off my night the front desk clerk called the police on some guests and the flashing police lights interrupted what was left of our night. I tried speaking with the front desk manager the next morning and he was rude and unapologetic. I usually dont write reviews I just move on and forget about it but I spent with the double charge $180 on the lousy place and I dont want anyone else to get duped. Even in a bind I wouldn't ever stay here again.

Upon entering the building, I felt as if it was an apartment building. The room was large. The bathroom (just like every extended stay room I have rented) had hairs in the tub. So the staff has not properly cleaned once again. The bed was hard, as usual. For the amount of money charged, at least the rooms should be clean.

First, the hotel has changed names so even when you follow GPS you don't think you are at the right place, and once you find out you are indeed at the right place you will have wished the GPS was wrong. Upon entering the room it reeked of urine. the source of the smell was found when we discovered the toilet had been used by the last guest and never flushed. Don't know how long the room sat like that but by the time we got there the water was stagnant and unbearable. It's safe to say the bathroom was never cleaned. We requested a cleaning and were told housekeeping would take care of it first thing in the morning. They never showed up the whole weekend. I had to get extra towels, and clean linens for the sofa bed myself. Even thought we had four people in our room, they refused to give me any pillows for my daughters. I had to go around and clean all of the counters, tables, tv stand, and night stands myself. They were covered in sticky food residue and crumbs. Had I known where a vacuum was I would've done the floor too as it was covered in crumbs and old food. We were afraid to take our shoes off in the room and kept them on until we were ready for bed. The bed was like a sheet covered box. NO BLOW DRYER! What the heck?! We were in town for a wedding and I had no blow dryer in my room to do my hair for the ceremony. Luckily no one had to lose their life as someone was able to scrounge one up at the front desk. I do an immense amount of traveling and this place was #2 on the list for WORST TRIP EVER! The only one that beats it is the room that had blood splatter all over the walls from some homicide, but that's another story. Don't stay here if you value your health, and life.

great staff, nice and roomy all a studio apt can be

All the staff were extremely friendly, greeting me right inside the door, which was so nice on such a dreary day! The room was basic, but clean. There was a bit of an odor inside the room, but I either became used to it, or it went away. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi free, and the treadmill worked. Couldn't have asked for more. Oh, the only thing that was bothersome was the smell of smoke - apparently, smoking and non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor.

My stay at this hotel was nothing to brag about. It's kind of a dumpy place, but it wasn't horrific, and if I am ever in a place with my budget that I need to save as much money as possible I would definitely stay there again. It was a big room and it had a kitchen. There were only a couple of weird things, 1) They gave me smoking instead of non, and 2) They didn't have any shampoo at the hotel, you need to bring pretty much everything yourself...except for towels.
