Lady at front desk was very nice. However there was a huge stain on the sheet, something crusty on the curtains. Overall just dirty feeling in there.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.
Definitely not a hotel for anyone with disabilities or some older guests, there is no elevator only stairs.

The breakfast area was fully stocked with so many options both hot, cold and things you could take with you. More than we expected. The rooms were clean. Our door handle/locking system needs to be updated - you had to make sure that it was locked and it did not seem very secure. And one of our two rooms had an unpleasant smell.
It’s an older hotel that has been completely remodeled recently. It doesn’t have all the extras that a newer hotel would have, but it was very clean and the rooms were just as nice as any other hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We will return anytime we are in the area in the future.
Staff was excellent! Had my key ready for me before walking in the door due to my reservation. Nice staff, gave good advice for local dining and made me happy to be there after a long day of travel. Overall, I would stay here again. Appreciate the updated room and interior of the building.

The room and bathroom were in disrepair. The bed was very uncomfortable. I wasn't expecting much based on previous reviews, but it really was bad. Don't stay here.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The floors tend to creak while walking (wooden foundation). The price is very good for what you get.
We booked this due to close proximity to Indiana University. Cleanliness of the room, eminities and breakfast are reasonably good.
