Celeste Apartment, 300 meters from the sea in a completely renovated farmhouse

The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming country cottage. The building, of the late '800, has just been completely renovated with fine finishes including the parquet in all rooms.
The nearest beach, and specifically the coastal biotope of Martinsicuro and Bau beach, can be reached on foot with a short walk of 5 minutes along a country lane (300 meters) as they are easily accessible, on foot but also by car or by bike, the numerous seaside chalets a little further away.
To give an idea, once you have crossed the road in question, arrived on the seafront, the first chalet is 350 meters further south while the central promenade of the village is about 800 meters north.
The center of the village, where you will find shops and supermarkets, is about 1 km away. From the farmhouse, the central promenade of the village, full of restaurants, pizzerias etc. and other seaside chalets is 1.3 km away.
Our guests will be offered, as a small welcome gift, a bottle of wine and one of oil, both of own production.
The property, in fact, is owned by a farm and is located within a large land that also houses a wine cellar, with an adjacent retail sale of wine and local specialties.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the farmhouse, is on two levels for a total of about 80 square meters. It is perfect to accommodate 5/6 people. It is composed on the first level by a large open space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with television; a bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed (on request it is possible to have two single beds). On the second level, with sloping ceilings, we find a hallway with a sofa and a desk and a convenient storage room as well as two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms in the apartment consist of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All rooms have parquet flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped. All windows are dark and the velux in the rooms in the attic are equipped with blackout blinds so as to allow a pleasant rest.
The apartment has air conditioning (hot / cold) for the summer months and underfloor heating, for the winter months only, as well as bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a laundry for common use of guests, equipped with sink, washer and dryer of the latest generation.
Small pets are allowed.
In the same farmhouse, there are two other apartments available: the first is suitable for 4/5 people and has a delightful private terrace (HomeAway: en 8337019 "Enchanting Linda in the farmhouse", the second includes 6 beds, separate entrance and two beautiful private terraces (listing in progress).

Casa di Dora e Celeste

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente piacevole! La casa è finemente ristrutturata con tutti i confort, a prova di bimbo di 4 mesi! La signora Nicoletta è una persona splendida e ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa, ci ha fornito culla, sdraietta e fasciatorio e altri giochi! Le camere da letto mansardate con il relativo bagno sono veramente belle, come tutto il resto dell'appartamento! Sicuramente torneremo a farci visita!

Appartamento nuovo, ricco di servizi e comodo per la spiaggia. Squisita accoglienza dei proprietari

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 le prime 3 settimane di agosto in uno degli appartamenti più grandi. Sviluppato su due piani, gli spazi sono ottimamente sfruttati e distribuiti per consentire a tutte le coppie occupanti di godere di una propria area, bagno incluso. Non manca alcun servizio: dal condizionatore in ogni ambiente al Wi-Fi (funzionante), dalla lavatrice e asciugatrice alla lavastoviglie. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, con ampia scelta tra bagni, chalet e spiagge libere (una di queste è dedicata agli animali e ai padroni). Dettaglio non trascurabile: la casa è inserita all'interno del sito produttivo di olio e vino (di ottima qualità) dei proprietari, tutti i prodotti si possono ovviamente acquistare presso la rivendita attigua. Non si può mancare di sottolineare, quale valore aggiunto a cui non si può dare prezzo, la deliziosa accoglienza e la cortese attenzione dei proprietari: qualsiasi necessità loro rivolta, trova pronta risoluzione. Il soggiorno non poteva essere più piacevole.
