Hotel was dirty! Smelled bad. Terrible road noise which I know couldn't be helped, maybe some better insulation or windows.

Just off the interstate and quick check in connected to friendly staff made for a good overnight stay.

Decent for the cheap price. Budget hotel. Small square bed pillows..Not even standard size. Room was clean. They stopped serving the free breakfast at 9 am, which is too early, in my opinion. Shower saver head made showering less than pleasant, as water pressure was weak. Would stay again if I had to, but would search others nearby if I had the time.

Checking in was fast, friendly and about what you expect. Close to fast food places to eat (Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc..). Room was "as described" and in good shape. Had to fiddle a bit with the air conditioner unit but it worked after a fashion. Seems reasonably safe area. Parking was available but scattered. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Didn't use microwave or coffee maker. Bathroom was clean but one bath towel had a few light visible stains on it. The blanket on the bed likewise had off-color markings on it. IMHO those should have been thrown-out and replaced. A few noticeable usage marks on the doors and shower curtain areas, but overall the room was in reasonable shape. I'd stay here again on a overnight to elsewhere. Not sure I'd stay more than 1 night, however.

Convenient to 81north. Saved time traveling up north. Everything was clean and it was nice to wake up to waffles in the am. Our stay was less than 24 hours, but probably will stay there on the way home to N,C.

We had an excellent night's sleep here. With a continental breakfast, it was a good value. The hot water did not work in our room and the staff promptly discounted the room 25%. Good response.

The WiFi did not work in the room. I had to go out into the hall if I wanted a barely functional signal. Some lights did not work. The bathroom light reminded me of the kind of light you'd expect in a dingy highway rest stop.

We were in town for my sons wedding the staff were very friendly and helped when needed the handicapped accessibility was wonderful had bars everywhere you would need them the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to move in a wheelchair

First I was forced to stay here. I was charged over the phone. I thought I had to sign something. Then u wasn't aware of a $50 charge for some ridiculous reason. Then the clerk advised breakfast ended at 10am when in fact it ended at 9:30. The room wall were thin. I heard people next door slamming items in the next room. Someone tried coming into the room that night.

checked in late, the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very dated. Room was very small, stains and holes in the carpet. Bathroom lighting was dim and bathroom fan made noise. Holes in the blanket and bedspread. However, the room was clean (except carpet stains) and we appreciated that. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was a nice stop on our way to NC. All got a good nights rest.

Overall, I was satisfy for my one night stay for the Capital Region Tough Mudder 2014.

Overall it was okay except for the cigarette smell in the hallway and a sticky spot on the carpet in front of the vanity. Other than those items in was comfortable and clean.

This hotel was very convenient if you are travelling on 81. You could hear the highway from our room but not surprising given how close it was. Obviously an older building but clean and no complaints. Free wifi and free breakfast is a plus.

It was okay hotel, it's not the hilton but it served its purpose. Staff is rude except the maids were nice.

We booked this room on a Friday night last minute and had no trouble getting a room it had a very good price hotel was right of highway easy to find the room was comfortable and we got a good nights rest

Best part of the hotel is its location. Right off the interstate, easy to get to, and a short drive from downtown Martinsburg.

GREAT LOCATION RIGHT BY THE MALL...RIGHT Y THE HIGHWAY

could use some updating!! Bathroom swich platewas craackd. Holes in wall could have been spckled and painted. Abovewould cost minimum dollars.
