Trullo Rampone is a wonderful villa in trulli and stone with private and panoramic pool, surrounded by the beautiful countryside between Martina Franca and Locorotondo. The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, solarium area, gazebo and garden. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, wood oven and barbecue. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and convector heaters. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Trullo Rampone is located in heart of Valle d’Itria, it is possible to easily reach and visit Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni, Alberobello and Fasano. About 30 minutes by car there are the beautiful beaches of Fasano and Ostuni.



Inside the building in trulli and stone there are a living room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stove with 4 gas burners, an oven and a microwave oven, a table with wooden chairs, a fireplace and a double sofa bed. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a toilet. Outside there are a beautiful garden with olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, an equipped gazebo, a barbecue, a wood oven, a solarium area and a swimming pool (5m x 10m, hmin 1m, hmax 1,80m) from which to enjoy a splendid panorama with the contryside and the old town of Locorotondo. The villa is accessed by a private gravel road.



The pool is open until September 16.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Martina Franca, equal to 0.80€ per day for each person over 13, for the first 5 days.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 200€
