Villa Macla is a small villa with trulli and swimming pool for vacation rental in Valle d`Itria, in the countryside of Martina Franca. The small villa, on two levels, is independent, recently renovated, and offers up to 4 beds.
The cottage is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, heaters, iron and ironing board, kitchen complete with electric oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, outdoor video surveillance system etc.
Thepool area is complete with solarium and outdoor shower. The villa is fully fenced, equipped with indoor parking, dining area on panoramic terrace and barbecue for grilling.

Villa Macla is a cozy and finely furnished dwelling, with white stone dominating the view and relaxing the senses and beautiful trulli making the atmosphere authentic. There are two entrance gates, one electric for cars and one pedestrian.
The pool is slightly elevated and equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing. There are several outdoor areas dedicated to relaxation furnished with lounges and a panoramic terrace where you can dine al fresco.
The interior of Villa Macla is on two levels. On the upper level there is the living area: the entrance is into a lovely living room with sofa, dining table and modern and well-equipped kitchenette with induction plate.
From the living room you exit to the panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor lounges.
The sleeping area is arranged on the lower floor and consists of 2 bedrooms with access also from the outside. The sleeping area is completed by 1 shower room.

Villa Macla is located in the countryside north of Martina Franca, in a residential and very quiet area, with lots of greenery from which sprout the characteristic cones of the Apulian trulli that make the view unique.
The villa is very close to the town center, where all the main services are present. The historic center is located only 2 km from Villa Macla and offers itself in all its beauty, rich in architectural beauty, lively cultural life and famous food and wine tradition.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off- season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
-Winter heating has an extra fee of euro 10 per day.
