The property is located pretty central, 10 min walk from restaurants, Old Port, and other main historical buildings. Rooms are ok for 1-2 nights city breack. Wifi ok. Parking for 6 EUR and you have to put the car in a small elevator to take it to -5. The only real problem we had was that the walls are not soundproof and could hear every noise from other rooms, outside; we hardly slept that night.

The city is just not safe. I couldn't even feel safe in my hotel because if the noise coming from the streets at night! Just plain insecure. The breakfast is not palatable so just ignore and head downtown to find a fast food joint. The location was good, near main street but pretty much every street feels unsafe in Marseille.. Avoid the city like the plague

Rooms are not up to date, but for the price ok, Wlan was working, best of this Hotel is his location, in less then 10 mins walk you are at the old Harbor, for this reason I will book it again if I need to come back to Marseille,

We were here during the EuroCup 2016 in summer so that we couldn't expect more than this. Very good location, walking distance to everywhere included the main Metro center. The "car's elevator" is quite interesting experience. Recommended.

We needed a hotel quite central with parking available and this hotel ticked both these boxes. The hotel staff were very helpful with accessing the parking garage (it's below ground and you need to use an elevator!) and for the check in/out procedure. The rooms themselves were not very good though. Very dim lighting, some lights didn't work. Odd smell in the hallways and bathrooms. My colleague had a hole in her wall that needed patching up. The bathroom needed a lot of maintenance (dodgy shower curtain, toilet roll holder missing with holes in the wall where it was). But the bed was very comfortable and I had a decent nights sleep. It's cheap and therefore you get what you pay for. For a place just to rest your head it's fine.

The hotel seemed quite nice when we arrived, but more and more things bothered us. The room smelled like smoke quite strongly. It was really quite small, only a little bit of space left around the bed and hardly any closet space. The bathroom is also very tight. The service was quite good, they at least tried their best to speak English and give us advice on what to do in the area. There is a modern feel to the place, but I would not recommend staying more than a night. Or at least ask to change rooms next time!

Perfect location to visit most of the city centre by walk. Close to vieux port, only 10minutes away by walk. Transport was only needed to visit Notre Dame de la Garde because there are quite some steep hills. Room cleaning was done daily and towels changed daily. Not much to choose from in the breakfast. However there are many coffee bars and restaurants nearby so having breakfast elsewhere was not a problem.

Budget hotel, very similar to a Travelodge in both price and size of room. What sets it apart is the location and the secure parking available at just 6 euros a day The hotel wasn't easy to find, but was ideally located, 15 mins walk from the port and city centre. Although close to everything it was remarkably quiet on a night, but this could have been because we had a room on an upper floor overlooking the courtyard The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and television, but no English channels. As previously mentioned, having secure parking in the heart of the city was a real bonus, and for that reason alone I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone travelling to Marseille by car

We were in a triple room on the third floor of this basic hotel which is a great value for money, especially because of its location. The room was simple but spacious enough, with very comfortable beds and a closet big enough for all of our stuff. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a little bit outdated bathtub which had a very good shower, though. We were there in the middle of the summer but it was never hot in our room, so we only had to turn on the AC two times for a few minutes. The only downsides were that it could have been cleaner (it wasn't that dirty but they could have tried harder) and that there was only one electric plug in the room where three people (with at least three smartphones) stay (the good news is that there is an "All for two €" shop near the hotel where you can buy everything, so we bought an electric plug divider there). As I already mentioned, the location was great. We almost never had to use public transport, everything was reachable by foot. We came, as most of the travellers do, from Gare St Charles station in a fifteen minute walk and there was a less than ten minute walk to the Vieux Port which is the heart of the city. Close to the hotel are metro station (Notre Dame du Mont) and a few bus and tram stations. Great Carrefour market is a minute walk from the hotel just like McDonalds, Starbucks, pharmacy... And it is also a very interesting neighbourghood. All in all - we recommend it as a great base to explore this beautiful and vibrant city, the oldest one in France.

the hotel is in a great location, complete with a medium sized grocery store 1 block away. what you get is pretty basic. a room with bed and bathroom. bed was clean. floors were not (some gummy substance in several locations). It is really hit or miss with pretty strong smell of cigarettes around the hotel (e.g. elevators, hallways). no tv remote to be found. wifi was down (but was resolved the next day)I arrived late on the 19th and the gentleman on duty was most egregious and unpleasant. I might be tempted to use words like condescending and belligerent. if I hadn't been so tired, and the payment non refundable I would have left right then to find something else. but, the staff on every shift after that were all extremely kind and very helpful people. okay place to stay.
