Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers in a peaceful, natural and relaxing setting.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The house is arranged over 3 levels and offers :
Ground floor
- A bedroom with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A terrace

On the 1ᵉʳ level
- A bright 32 m² living room with sitting area, TV and dining area and access to the terrace via stairs
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

On the 2ᵉ level
- A fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...
- A terrace with sea and calanque views with access from the kitchen
- Two bedrooms with two double beds (140×190), opening onto the terrace at the rear

Additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fans, ironing board and iron, free Wi-Fi connection.

The house is located in the heart of Les Goudes, a legendary district at the southern end of Marseille. This typical little fishing port, wedged between the sea and the calanques, offers a timeless atmosphere. It's a place apart, loved by the locals for its rugged landscapes, authenticity and unforgettable sunsets.

- The wild creeks of Callelongue and the Maronaise beach.

Public transport
- From Gare Saint-Charles, take metro line M2 to Rond-Point du Prado, then RTM bus no. 19 in the direction of Madrague de Montredon to the terminus, and finally bus no. 20 in the direction of Callelongue, stop at Les Goudes.
- In season, there is also a shuttle service to Les Goudes from the Old Port, via the Pointe Rouge.
- If you're coming by car, private parking is available on site.
Please note: the route du littoral sud can be very busy, especially at weekends and in summer. If possible, use public transport, off-peak times or soft mobility (cycling, walking).
- Marseille-Provence airport can be reached by a direct shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend that you take a taxi or VTC driver (such as Uber) for greater comfort.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
- This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of the Cocoonr Marseille team, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys. Your bed will be made on arrival, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Travel light and enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
