Located on the first floor, adjoining the owners' house, it features a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 30 m² garden. Come and discover the many activities this charming town has to offer: visit the port market to stock up on fresh local produce, then dive into the crystal-clear waters of the famous Côte d'Azur, indulge in a variety of water sports and take a short break in the sublime calanques of Figuerolles or on the Île Verte. At the end of the day, take a stroll through the Mugel botanical garden, where you'll marvel at the beauty and diversity of the plants, then head to the main square to enjoy an open-air cinema. Last but not least, a pedestrian/bike path, accessible to all, takes you from the residence to the station or the beach.
