- a living area with a double sofa bed and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- bathroom with shower,

A management fee of €123 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the check-in and check-out as well as cleaning costs.
