For your vacation we offer you for rent this air-conditioned apartment of approximately 55 m2 with its large terrace in the heart of the St Jean district and therefore in the immediate vicinity of the fine sandy beaches and shops.

Accommodation:
Access to the apartment is via a few stairs leading to a large terrace and out of sight in order to enjoy your meals with your family.

The T3 is very bright and is composed of a beautiful living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with WC. On the night side, there is a bedroom with a double bed in 140 equipped with a large closet for your storage and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds and a drawer bed allowing three additional beds. A closet can also store your belongings.

Parking:
To park, the St Jean car park is located just in front of the accommodation. This is not paying. In addition, you also have a parking space located 100 m away allowing you to park free of charge.

Equipment:
Air conditioning; wifi; washing machine; dishwasher; filter coffee maker; microwave; oven; fridge with freezer compartment; induction hob; fan; television; vacuum cleaner; 1 double bed 140; 3 single beds 90; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 2 to 5 people.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit / €20 for a single bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
