The staff in the front desk is indifferent even rude. The hotel looks old and outdated The room kind feels dirty

Everything was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. I got there pretty late, around 1am. The overnight attendant wasnt very friendly. But other than that everything was great.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, smelled good. The breakfast was so good. I don't know what the name of the waffle mix is, but the cooked waffles melt in your mouth. Really enjoyed our stay. I will make sure whenever we travel again that we stay at a Comfort Inn.

Had a good time and hotel was great will definitely come again

We've stayed here a couple of times before and always had good service. Yes, the ottoman had frays around the top, but that was all that didn't look good. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The one bad thing about it is that the room doors slam loudly if you don't carefully close it. So, it's SLAM in the mornings and SLAM late at night. Not enough to keep me away. It's an easy drive into New Orleans.

I was surprise how dirty the entry way into the hotel was, the lobby floors was not clean, did not smell fresh. The bath room that was there for public use was not clean. This was a little shocking for me, because no matter where I have stayed in and around New Orleans the hotel has always been very clean and neat. The grounds was not up to standards. The elevator had wet towels hanging on the hand rail in the elevator. In my room, there was three light blown in the bath-room , could barely see. Thanks

We were driving across country for a move and decided to stop and check out New Orleans. Having spent several nights in hotels already, we were excited to be able to find such a deal.

Food was good. People were friendly. I was pleased with this hotel.

The front desk employee (Shannon) was excellent! I forgot my cell phone in the room after I checked out. The employees found me before I left the hotel to return my phone. The hotel could use more "out the room amenities". An exercise room would be nice. And more vending machines could not hurt. Overall the hotel is nice. The rooms were clean and the parking lot is large.

It was average. Checking in took longer than I would have expected. The room was clean. Breakfast was what you would expect; nothing special. Parking was free but it was a little ways from downtown. I've stayed in nicer hotels in the French Quarter for the amount I paid for this hotel. Overall though I do not have any complaints.

Overall experience satisfactory. Breakfast was also good but most items were running on empty and we had to call for replenishments all the time. That's not for us to do.

Staff was great, rooms were great, and they alowed us to leave our car while we went on a 7 day cruise. Thanks and God Bless this Hotel and staff.

room was available when i arrived early..everything met my expectations! Friendly , helpful staff.

Location was good for Westbank activities. Hotel was off the road which made it quiet.

I made this reservation at the last minute and all expectations were met. The rooms were clean and odorless. Bathrooms need upgrading, but we're operable.

A nice basic motel. Easy to find at the end of the beltway, after detouring many miles for a major weekend closure of the Huey Long Bridge!!! We stayed as a night-before our NCL cruise vacation to get away from the busy & expensive French Quarter hotels and parking costs. Its just minutes away and a dollar toll to the cruise port.

I mainly visited bourbon street and the downtown area. Didn't do all I had planned to do.

The hotel was much better than we expected and the staff were mostly very friendly & helpful. There is not a lot to do nearby but we felt safe walking at night and had no problems. We were 15 minutes to the French Quarter. We did not make use of the safety deposit box in the lobby and had some money taken from our luggage. It could have been prevented. Have had no follow up to the report we filed.

It was a restful night but it was easy to hear talking and televisions in the room above and/or adjacent to us!

Nothing spectacular but no negatives either. Room was clean, friendly staff, quiet at night. Would stay there again.
