Amazing hotel with a great pool they upgraded me to a suite for free

I had an amazing experience at hotel Kenza Menara Palace in Marrakech. The staff were very detailed in making sure my stay was comfortable as well as helping to plan my close friends last minute surprise birthday party. I will return next year with more of my friends from America.....easy access to shopping in the market square and other fun activities. We ate at all of Kenza's in House resturant and I must say the food is outstanding....hotel Kenza Menara Palace you get more for your money then my stay in Zurich Switzerland were most of the people were not friendly.
1) Staff very rude 2) in my three nights at the hotel the rooms were never made 3) There were never any fresh towels in the room 4) I had an all inclusive package and the hotel still charged me for stuff that I did not use. Still fighting with them and the CC company to get my money back that they charged me for. Do not recommend at all. There are a lot of hotels in Marrakech. This one is out of teh city center and the taxis screw you becuase they know you are tourist. And the shuttle that is suppossed to take you to the city center does not run when its suppossed to.
Very nice room , large and modern looking, very clean, bathroom was updated and looked very elegant. Swimming pool is large and clean, well maintained. Indoor spa needs more attention though. Bar has live music drinking gri wine with a cigar indoor was perfect. Breakfast and dinner were included in my deal and they were very nice open buffet. Will go there again.
