The room is very nice. The food at the restaurant is top-notch. And the service is excellent. The surrounding area is beautiful and very walkable.

I absolutely love this location. It's my go to place when I'm going on a cruise out of the Miami port.
Overall a decent experience. The ambience and room is bright and refreshing. I am appalled that for all of the 31 floors here, the front desk is manned with only 1 or 2 people. Once it's your turn, their service is superb, but it's a very long wait. I don't know if this is for all rooms, or #2317, but the shower is very slow draining. So slow that our family had to space out our showers, even turn off the water in between when scrubbing to prevent spillover to the rest of the bathroom. The only restaurant attached had good food, but the service was very slow. There's a smaller unfortunate mall next door, but we found more options about a quarter mile away.
