Dirty room service dishes left in the hallway for 24 hours, old stained carpets and housekeeping will not replace complimentary water bottles. I will not be back.

I literally had to check in 2xs and put down 2 separate deposits. I booked an etxra night after booking my original 2 night stay online.the hotel made me put down 2 deposits even though we were staying in the same room for our now 3 night stay. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was at the front checking in for almost 30 mins, the gentleman said the room would not be ready until 3 ( please note i called the night before to see if we could check in early and was put on hold for them to check and was told it would be fine for us to check in early). We went to get lunch and returned at 4 to retrieve our room key just to be told by a different gentleman that we needed to check in because nothing was done🤔 not sure what the other person was doing for those 30 mins. We also were told our parking wpuld be complimentary and was asked several times after to pay for parking. The employees here were extremely incompetent and unorganized anf haf no clue what they were doing. The hotel is outdated and not near restaurants etc. Our room was not clean, there was hair found in several places and housekeeping never came to clean our room. The phone did not wprk for us to call for towels and rags because we were noy given any. Terrible experience for our 1st time in Canada, we will mever spend money here again.

Since I started staying at this hotel in the early 2000s, it has always been fairly quiet and relaxing. This time there was a hockey tournament with loud kids and boisterous parents even late into the night!
