Recent guest reviews

I stayed for two nights. The price was good for the quality.

This is definitely not a high-rise hotel but it does offer what we want for hotel it's clean and the staff are very nice.

The hotel was actually not as good, as some reviews stated. I thought it would at least be half way decent, but it was a little blah. We had gotten really great rates, but the hotel was not that great. Lobby did in fact smell of chlorine, and the hotel is very drab and dingy. We stayed one night and cancelled the remainder of our trip. Hallways are very dark and dismal, carpeting is stained, and taped up in other places. We found mold in our shower. Not some place that I would stay again.

The person on the reception was very rude. He first messed up the booking which took a long time to sort out. Later in the room the light wasn't working so we asked to change the room but the staff didn't do anything for a long time. After repeated requests we were given a different room which had some more issues so we ended up in another room late in the night. This was a very long and hectic day and the experience in the end was horrible. I'll urge the hotel administration to contact me otherwise I'll contact the management in writing.

Inadequate parking because of the renovation. Almost have to fight for parking. Parking in the rear, (construction on going), difficult to long walk through construction site. Rear entrance were blocked off. Swimming pool were rented out for toddler swimming lesson.

Very nice hotel been a couple of times rooms are great ,pool ,lounge, food and dining area all great close to alot of restaurants activities and close to highway

I stayed here for 6 nights and every day after housekeeping had cleaned my room, I lifted up the bed linen and blanket and noticed that they were dirty. One night, both the linen and the blanket had blood on them. Three nights, the linen and blanket had black stains. I never had a completely clean bed linen or blanket. The carpet was also very dirty and the hotel hallway had a smell to it. The good thing was that the housekeeping staff was very nice and we never ran out of towels. There were enough towels for our party of 3.

I traveled to attend a family wedding with my infant. I only used a crib and accessed no other hotel amenity. I stayed the night and got ready for the wedding and that is it! This place is hidden behind industrial complex but strip malls are nearby for good eats. The highway nearby is great to access Toronto but it is a toll freeway.

clean room, nice staffs, convenience location, there is no continental breakfast

Super hot tub, sauna, and pool. nice clean rooms. Well maintained.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Very nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located near Highway 404 and the staff was courteous and very generous.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The pool was great! But the smell of the chlorine was in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. A sleep button on the tv remote would have been a nice touch.we had breakfast in the restaurant. The coffee was not very good and the creamers curdled it. I ordered 2eggs over easy but got 3 over done eggs. We would eat somewhere else next time. The location was good for us getting to and from Sunnybrook Hospital.

Nice clean motel, great staff, and well kept room. Would stay there again.

The reception clerk was very warm, welcoming and witty. That set us at ease immediately especially after a 5 hour drive that included battling rush hour traffic. Dining room staff were most accommodating, exhibiting genuine smiles with frequent though unobtrusive inquiries as to any specific needs for which they could provide assistance. The human warmth of the establishment was such that even other guests seemed ready to engage in light banter once eye contact was established. computer access and assistance was immediate. This place was superior in every way to the one at which we stayed in Niagara Falls for the next two days. Wish we could have accessed the CFL games on TV. To summarize: In Toronto we were welcomed while in Niagara we were processed. In Toronto parking was gratis while in Niagara we were a revenue source

Nice hotel, undergoing renovations when I stayed. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and spacious with all usually amenities. The hotel restaurant was quite good with dinner and breakfast - with a 10% discount provided by hotel. There was nothing within walking distance - shops or extra restaurants. This may be a draw back for business travellers without transportation.

The room is very clean when compared to other hotels I stayed that are priced even higher than this one. It has refrigerator, microwave, desk, chair, & small sofa. The bathroom has modern shower & marble top sink.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and amenities! Room was clean. One improvement is needed in the restaurant only. The staff person that was working in the hotel restaurant definitely needs training. She was not knowledgable or attentive. Preoccupied with the telephone and television. I would stay at the hotel again and eat elsewhere.

I like this hotel , next time if i visit toronto i will be in this hotel

Would stay again when I visit toronto, the room was clean and elegant
